Reviews

Close to lots of restaurants. Clean and comfortable. The air conditioner made rattling noises so loud we all had trouble sleeping.
-
Ran out of toilet tissue, clean towels and came to the room to bring items while we were gone and didn’t touch the beds. Nothing was on the beds for them not to have made them up. Breakfast was good and their services were good. Some staff was so not concerned about customer satisfaction.

Did not like that the front door was on an alley, and we were not told that it was $48 to park the car in parking garage. Should be told in advance if and where there were other options to park.
-
The hotel was located close to the historic walking district. We traveled by car and was expecting to park on-site (at the hotel parking garage) as the site mentioned private parking. When we arrived parking as "valet only" for $48.00 per night. We ended up parking at the courthouse across the street; which is not set-up for typical public parking. So that was stressful and unexpected.

Nice place. Little older. The rooms beside the street let in the noise from the street below. Not really a complaint just something to keep in mind. Staff were all very friendly.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good but the hotel doesn’t have any parking so I had to pay to park in a garage about a block away.
-
Great location, clean comfortable room. The shower was great, good water pressure. The breakfast had a lot of variety! The valet parking service needs improvement. The service offered was a bit high for the service I received.

Staff was not helpful and not friendly. We felt we were bothering them. Both on check in and check out. The evening front desk person was a bit nicer than the one in the afternoon. She was not welcoming at all. Hotel was clean and situated in an ok location, but still a bit of a walk to river.
-
Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Room was spotless and comfortable. Parking there is valet only and it was $48 but there is a garage across the street for $14 nightly. Location was absolutely perfect and you can walk to all the great downtown spots and waterfront. Would stay here again!

Room was clean. Staff were fantastic. Good breakfast. Pool was closed by heath department. Housekeeping ignored do not disturb tag and closed our luggage and moved things in the room while leaving no coffee or clean towels. Valet parking is ridiculou$.
-
The location down town was great. Valet parking was convenient. Very good breakfast. Helpful, kind staff Valet parking was $ 48 per night. It was difficult to regulate the shower temperature. It was either very hot or cool. The WiFi was not very strong.

Staff were great and very helpful on check in and check out. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the many other fairfield locations we have stayed. (Flavored coffee creamers not offered, options werent great) We didnt use valet parking. Location was great and very walkable to many many things.
