SpringHill Suites by Marriott Savannah I-95

Clean hotel, nice staff.

Great stay, would recommend! The room was spotless and thoughtfully laid out, making it comfortable and easy to settle into. The location was excellent, convenient for getting around. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety to start the day well. A solid choice overall.

Quiet

This is our second time staying here. It's been a great. It is convenient to Savannah, Tybee Island, in the interstate. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Pool and whirlpool are all available. We find it great and convenient for us any time we are in Savannah.

Everything was great! This was a trip with my 2 granddaughters. The hotel was located near restaurants and other activities; I highly recommend this hotel.

When I first arrived I was put in the ada room and I couldn’t figure out how to use the Ada shower. No one offered to help me until the next day. However, the biggest issue was that the pool and hot tub had so much chlorine in them it stained my brand new swim suit,

Not as clean as when I stayed a year ago.

Shower was filthy only cleaned the glass at eyesite basin was slippery with soap. dead flies on window sill,screaming in the hall most of the night. Won't go back have stayed there before but it was clean.

Bed was comfortable, need bigger pillows, love the location and the employees were great. We couldn't get but 1 channel on the tv the whole stay.

The staff is great, but it’s obvious this property needs maintenance. I checked in relatively late in the evening. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The front desk was very accommodating and moved my family and I to the room next door. No visible mold, but it smelled off. The AC wasn’t working very well and the floor near the AC unit was soaking wet. They moved us to a third room, which was fine. It’s not a bad place to rest for one night, but it’s clear this place is due for a refurbishment of some kind.

I stayed for one night while traveling and am very pleased (and I am picky). The property is well maintained and clean. The check-in hostess was polite and helpful. The room was large, modern and very clean. No banged up or broken furniture, woodwork or fixtures. Bed was comfortable with fresh quality linens. My room was quiet and on the back side of the building and I could hear very little traffic noise. Too many times I have been disappointed by run-down hotels with high rates. I did not use any of the amenities but the gym and pool looked great. Breakfast was typical but with fresher items that I have seen in other hotels. I would definitely stay at SpringHill Suites again based on this stay. This hotel does it right.

Staff was great, breakfast was good, hotel was great Nothing

When checked out, there is no staff at the counter, there is a kitchen staff working that don’t even try to bother answer a simple questions when I stand infront of her. After five minutes or so, she blurt out that tap on the counter for someone to help. When I tap on the counter, there a staff look half asleep to tell me leave the key on the counter to check out. This is not proper customer service. I booked the 3 Marriott hotel during this trip all are amazing until this one.
