Good location. Close to alot of food options Nothing of note

We stop at this hotel every year on our way back to Florida from CT. It’s clean and convenient to I95.

The remote for the TV was sticky, the pool area was closed because the county SHUT IT DOWN due to not being maintained, our room smelled like pee and was muggy when we got to it, the picture on the TV was not fitted to the screen so parts were not able to be seen and we attempted to fix it but it didn't work. Around 3:30 in the morning the TV let out a horrible beeping noise and the screen went black so we shut it off even though I need some kind of sound to sleep and about an hour later the air conditioner made an awful noise waking us up again. We had to be up early for a family members surgery so not getting enough sleep set us up for an even longer day. We ended up leaving the hotel and going to a differentnone for the rest of our stay. I will NEVER be back at this hotel.

Staff knocks on doors early in the morning concerning cleaning the rooms, yet we have until 11:00am to check out. Feels like you are being rushed out. Twice this happened during my stay

No smart tv

The front desk lady was very rude an nasty to my family. Wouldn’t let me get the room I has reserve. The 100 accidentally fee was refund to my card after check out, wen I called to file a complaint to manger my card was re charged the100 accident fee

The welcome staff was nice enough and the bed was clean. The outside looks nice but the inside is very dated. The carpet on the second floor was dirty. It looked like it was supposed to be yellow and it was brown with streaks. The room was clean but the bathroom had mold on the walls and the ceiling.

We frequently go to this location because of the cleanliness, the hot tub and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great It was awesome as usual

I liked that check was actually at 12pm very quite hotel , food was good , hot tub. Worked like a champ showers was nice and hot nice and clean room.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Checkout time was later than most hotels.

Rooms were dirty. Found several dead bugs on the floor in the Room's. found several alive bugs in the Room's and hallway. Hallway smelled like mildew. Rooms had blinds that couldn't block the parking lamp lights out at all. Room's were no smoking room's but could smell Marijuana. Toilets had a black ring in them from lack of being cleaned. After seeing all of this I was afraid to eat the breakfast. Will never stay that this company's hotels again

Was alittle disappointed eating breakfast around 9:30 AM. Juice machine was not working, no yogurts in frig. Only had eggs and sausage left. Next day ate early and breakfast was better. Juice machine work and they did have yogurt and butter.? Refer to top what I like for breakfast.

Good

The entire fourth floor smells like mold/mildew. The room smells so strongly that we had to leave early. The water takes at least ten minutes to get “hot” for a shower.
