With the exception of Andy, the front desk attendant, who was wonderful, the rest of the hotel review is ... STAY AWAY! The place desperately needs major renovations. The only current upgrade is to the front facade. Don't be fooled. Everything else is pathetically old and I hate to say, very poorly maintained. Mold on the walls, horridly dirty carpets in the room, windows that haven't been cleaned in ... who knows how long, drapes that smell of pet urine (it's a pet friendly place?), a shower head that doesn't work, pathetically poor breakfast choices, peeling popcorn wall and ceiling paint, no room cleaning/garbage emptying/towel replacement until we went to the front desk to get clean towels. And no... not even a perfunctory "we apologize for the inconvenience". How can this possibly be a Choice Hotel chain approved property?

Reception was friendly, however he announced the room number of the two women in front of me, as well as mine with my daughter. The room had an ‘off’ smell, like maybe it had previously been a smoking room, so we bought some Glade, thinking this isn’t the worst thing to deal with. We also realized our room door didn’t latch closed securely without a little force, but we also used the extra precautions. The breakfast was good- scrambled eggs, mini waffles, fresh muffins, bagels, and cereal. We were gone most of our second day, returned to find our bath towel and shower mat gone, beds unmade. We’d been relaxing in our room about an hour when someone knocked on the door and then opened it announcing turn down service. We said no thank you and they pulled the door closed. It was startling, especially since our beds hadn’t been made. The parking lot is well lit, cameras around the property. It wasn’t exactly for us, but it got us through a quick weekend.

There was a smell of dampness in the room where we stayed

The night attendant was the bomb! Bed was clean, breakfast was delicious with great options, the way the hotels lights up outside at night was nice. Enjoyed the pool after a beach day! Hotel has potential! The carpet in my room needs replacing or cleaned. (They were actively replacing the 3rd floor carpet already, I was on the 2nd floor so maybe its coming). Carpet was clean of trash just overly used. As you were walking in the hallway there was dirt on the baseboards possible from pulling the carpet on the floor above & it falling down. Hotel was still considered nice in my book just because of the really clean bed& bathroom!

The accommodations were nice and very clean, the king size suite was cozy and I didnt want to leave when it was time to check out..The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options and was very good..We will definitely stay again when we are in town and highly recommend this business..

The hotel has a little bit of an odor to it, kind of like moisture no mositure thats it

The AC took a long time to cool down our room, and really only worked at night.

They are replacing the carpet and should also consider replacing the furniture.

Very nice and clean rooms The desk receptionist was not the easiest to talk to but thankfully we only needed to converse at check in.

It was clean and comfortable and relaxing. Good breakfast. It was exactly what I needed

Nice Tv programs a lil outdated and tv screens need to be upgraded the breakfast could use an upgrade to better cheese to go with the eggs better sausage links

Staff was friendly and helpful. Fresh towels and bed made every day. Some remodeling has been done, definitely needs more and not very clean.

All good , close to great stores and restaurants, walking distance AC could make less noite ,

Room 101 we had door dash delivery and put it on night stand beside bed and about 15 mins go to eat it that’s still in box and it’s covered with ants

The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. They made check in/out easy. The rooms were clean and sanitary. The breakfast was basic but good. The hotel does not offer sofa/sleepers. There was a huge crack in the pool. However, the kids swam around it.
