Carpet old and dingy. Toilet wasn't level so when you sat down on it you thought you were falling backwards. Remote control for tv did not work easily.

What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism and customer service. A manager should be able to handle a disagreement with a paying customer without making it personal. I wasn’t asking for special treatment — just to be treated fairly and respectfully. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this location again and cannot recommend it.

Extremely disappointing experience with the front desk manager. Her behavior was unprofessional, discourteous, rude, and obnoxious. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, even when there is a disagreement. Instead, the situation was handled in a confrontational and unnecessarily disrespectful manner. Customer service starts with professionalism, especially from management. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking during my experience. Based on the way I was treated by the front desk manager, I would not recommend this location and will take my business elsewhere.

The rooms were filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged took forever to drain. The bathtub was stained and most of all the front desk. I don’t know her name, but she’s the front desk manager very rude obnoxious zero customer service made me feel very uncomfortable. Someone needs to teach her how to deal with the public and customer service.

Great hot breakfast, convenient location and AFFORDABLE stay in Savannah. Will return.

The room smelled so bad it was untenable. We had to leave and get a different hotel.
-
Dirty, the room stunk. The vaping and smoking was so bad it seemed into the rooms. Woke up with headaches. Supposed to stay 3 nights, only stayed one. No refund on the 2 nights we didn't use. Horrible.

Mean for the price you can't beat it the rooms are cleaning they have air conditioning TV you have microwave and a mini fridge iron ,hair blow dryer shampoo and conditioner and lots of towels all the amenities you need for the price less than $100 and and the area safe and I felt safe because the lobby had cameras on every corner of the property

Good+

Tons of restaurants in walking distance, and the historic district was a quick bus ride right near the motel.

The staff was the biggest disappointment during my stay. The room was dated but clean. The area was OK, but I felt uneasy most of the time because people were wandering around. I even saw a guy talking to a tree and doing martial arts moves at it. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. I stayed here specifically for the hot breakfast. Tip: they have bacon, but you'd better get there early, because when we asked if they had any more, the lady said no. Mind you, this was at 8am, and it didn't close till 9am. The inside courtyard and pool were very well kept and clean. Air conditioning in my room was awesome. When we interacted with the front desk staff, they were all mean and short, except for the young Indian lady. I didn't get her name, but Donna was the rude one. You felt as if you were bothering her for asking her to do her job. For the price it was ok just wish had felt safer when we were there.

Place is a bit run down but kept very clean It gives a appearance of being unkempt The breakfast is great with a good variety of Options Nice pool and center area Close to stores Locals stay in the front rooms so a bit sketchy in that area I was approached by one who wanted either some cash or to use my phone

Amazing staff Very safe and beautiful

The best thing about this property was the pool and location to SSU where my son attends. Honestly if I hadn’t wasted much time on the first dud of a motel I would’ve kept searching. ALL the stairwells smelled like urine. The hotel staff had horrible body odor. The room had rusted lamps and toilet holders. I will say my kids enjoyed breakfast, but what kid doesn’t like waffles. I will not be using this property again, but it did work for this weekend.

This place is a nasty dump. Rooms sink and have bugs and the place is just down right nasty. We we didnt even stay.

Our hotel room smelt like smoke really strong. Our bathroom door was shredded at the bottom of door and tub was stained. Hotel carpet is stained and needs to be cleaned or replaced in main areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price of room $75.00 a night I EXPECT A CLEAN room. However, the bed was nice and the pillows were comfortable. Will NOT stay there again. I am concerned about other Quality Inns are they in as bad of shape?

Great inexpensive hotel midway between Savannah and Tybee. Nearby restaurants are good, and the rooms are always clean.
