We walked in and walked right out, we are still waiting on our refund. The parking lot was dark and right next to an old trailer park. We met with a tenant in the hallway and he said he thought the place was ok other than his vehicle window getting broken into the night before. The hallway and elevator stunk . It smelled like meth. We are going to have to get our money back somehow. It was in a guetto part of town. Parking lot was dark and hidden. Perfect for thugs to break into cars

It looked like they had refinished the lobby recently but not the rooms. Pool was nice. Staff were nice. Really old, worn out hotel. Missing baseboard, curtain rails and hooks falling off and non-functional curtains, mirror reflective coating was work and peeling, old stains on carpet, a few ants every night. Hot tub bubbles not working.
-
Property outside was a mess, Bed sheet in bushes, trash cans full and spilling over, couldn't get an extra pillow at 6 pm check in. Mold in shower, no plates for breakfast. Definitely not worth $250 for a night!

Overall a great stay. The hotel is getting ready to and/or is starting a renovation, so there were a few things that needed minor attention, but the staff was upfront and clear about things they were aware of, and attentive of any issues brought up. We saw new air conditioning units getting delivered, but our room's air was perfect. Anything being worked on was not noticed by us.

Room had lots of ants, hotel also double charged because they couldnt see the transaction process on their side even though it cleared from my bank account.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and I always had a good time. Clean rooms, everything works like they should. And I can't wait to plan other trip soon.

Partially renovated 3-star property. Room air conditioner was so loud that we had to turn off at night, making the room uncomfortably warm. Bath: Very very difficult to pull up knob on water faucet to switch to shower mode - my wife couldn't do it; grab bar positioned outside of shower curtain - totally useless. Breakfast only fair. TVs in fitness room didn't work on any of the equipment, which was also quite limited.

Check-in was smooth. I was given a room on the second floor, which suited my preferences, and I slept well. The bed was comfortable. The room felt clean except for the carpet, which communicated that some "accidents" by previous guests have not been entirely eliminated. (Right in front of the nightstand, where my bare foot landed--stiff and crunchy carpet fibers.) The room is showing its age a bit, but that's to be expected. The backing of the mirror is peeling away and it gave an impression of the age of the building. I would have appreciated it if a thermos of hot coffee (from the day before would have been fine) had been available in the breakfast area for early departures. There was no coffee available in the airport yet when I was there and I would have liked that little comfort before leaving the hotel before the breakfast service began. Location and Marriott status led me to choose this hotel. If I were booking again, I might choose a more recently-built hotel. Though things were fine, they were not up to Marriott status, in my opinion. Slightly misleading. But I did get the security and the comfort of a good night's sleep.

Not too much Staff were not too helpful, cleanliness was awful, outdated facilities, and the building had a weird smell. The swimming pool was filthy, there were dirty bandaids on the floor and dirty towels. The elevator was not working, so we had to use stairs to access our room and the staff did not inform me of this. Very disappointed, will be the first and last time I stay at this hotel.

It was convenience to the venue we were attending. You could hear conversation, music and TV through the Walls making it difficult to sleep. After taking a shower, we found the bathroom floor covered in water. There were minimal food options for breakfast.
