Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe

Generally comfortable Shower was outdated Mattress was old and sagging Inadequate lighting

The room was decorated perfectly for the area. My only suggestion is to make the shower accessible, since it was a handicap-accessible room. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was great. No issues with wifi. We will stay here again when we return to Santa Fe.

Nice Mexican motif/atmosphere. Comfy beds and kitchenette w/sink. Quiet enough, decent breakfast choices.

Very good

Room is clean. Staff are nice and friendly. We came with our furbaby and they were nice to him :)

We loved the room's cleanliness. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was delicious, they had options for everyone. Was very pleased with my stay

It’s a gorgeous hotel. Love the decor. Very comfortable and clean.

Checked in the afternoon and went downtown until 10:30 in the evening. The front desk was very helpful. The sweetest young lady was at the front desk and accommodated my every need. I got to the room around 10:30 at night. The room smelled like pee and there were roaches in the bathroom. The heater air conditioner wall unit was noisy and being that it was cool at night. I had the heater mildly on every half hour so it would kick on and wake me up. For a queen size bed the bed seems smaller than a usual queen I would say it was a double twin. It’s a nice property, but didn’t appreciate the roaches or the awkward smell in the room and the noisy wall unit.

Superb

Location Room was too dark even with the blinds open.

If one important improvement could be made is to reduce the use of plastic wares at breakfast and at water station.

Hotel in the Southwest decorative style that’s a bit dated but it was a clean, comfortable place to stay that’s not far from downtown Santa. Fe.

Good stay

Very nice! Clean updated rooms!

Clean, pleasant place

well kept best western - pool - 24 hour coffee - comfy chair in room no light on desk -- very small bathroom - tiny counter space decorative wall treatment makes room feel really dark

Very nice room, comfortable bed. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We asked for a recommendation for an authentic Mexican restaurant and it was exactly what we were looking for.

I was horribly sick and my doordasher didn’t bring the medicine I ordered to my room upstairs. I called the front desk and asked if they would bring it up to me and they did. Small thing, but meant a lot. Great front desk staff!

Great breakfast, nice pool and hot tub, clean, overall a nice hotel. The room was adequate in size.
