Spark by Hilton San Jose Airport

Todo limpio amplio camas suaves y el lugar muy bueno

Thanks.

You should know it is very close to the airport, and planes fly by frequently.

Very clean hotel. The building is older and has been remodeled, so you do get a feel of the quick reno. The only thing I didn't love was the separate buildings- the layout feels very confined/dim inside the halls. The room itself was great, staff was very friendly. Breakfast area is large/spacious.

Great room! Help transfer process

Renovated room that is clean, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Conveniently located next to a burger king and a gas station.

The ladies at the front desk were patient and helpful when my reservation was missing. My stay was comfortable.

Todo

My last night at this place, in around 4am the alarm went off and woke us up and the alarm keep went off few times from 4-6am.

fire alarm constantly sounding off at 3am-4am not nice

The room was spacious as was the bed. It was comfortable too & was able to get decent sleep. I liked the free breakfast in the mornings too and the tea and coffee as well. Parking was easy and the area wasn’t that bad. N/A, I liked my stay.

Guest need to stop cooking in their rooms and stinking the place up

The staff was very friendly, and check in process was relatively easy. Nice cozy rooms and comfortable beds as well, the only downside is the location of only having a Burger King and a gas station nearby also the A/C can be tricky to kerp a comfortable temperature in the room. Besides those things my trip was AMAZING! I recommend anyone needing a place to stay for a short term vacation to check this place out!

Very clean room, great customer service

We did not like the breakfast and the shower needed another grab bar (I am somewhat handicapped.) I also would have liked to have face cloths. The room was very large and comfortable. Very well appointed overall.

Terrible

The girl at desk was unconcerned with any of my requests. Late check out possible? No, 11am. Can I get room close to elevator cause I have a bum leg. Ya it a short walk down the hall. It was the farthest room away from elevator that they had.

Exceptional

The hotel was located close to the airport and it was clean and quiet

The room was not in the main building
