Great staff, I enjoyed my time and rest at the Hilton Hotel
-
I'll stay at a 2 star hotel or motel next time. Same bed and shower but not the price I paid for Hilton a night
-
Only concern is no glassware in bathroom, but everything else excellant. Bed and pillows very, very comfortable. Would be nice to be able to raise shade on window for view but understand. All in all, would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you.
-
The hotel and staff were both excellent. The Cityscape rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff here were friendly and super helpful. Will definitely be coming back
-
Property is in an excellent location. Close to both shopping and dining. Prices for on-site food and drinks is outrageous.
-
Room 695 had major issues because I was also working & I knew it was busy I let a lot slide, shower had slow drain, refrigerator not cooling, television not working, at one phone phone would work; housekeeping came Sunday no towels caused a major delay in getting ready.
-
Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, there was WiFi, a fitness room, a pool, and a convenient store in the lobby
-
so great im goin back the next to weeknds
-
Clean and staff was great
-
Great location in Union Square. Got the upgraded room with 2 queen beds. Awesome view of the city and Golden Gate Bridge. Comfortable beds.
-
Electrical issues, Wall sockets charge phone very slow n when you pull the charger the socket comes off with it. One would expect to be able to charge your phone at a Hilton hotel room. Some of the rooms have dull and depressing views with its other towers casting a shadow. You pay more if you want a decent view. With other hotels in union square offering the same or more amenities for lower cost, apart from the Hilton name this hotel has nothing great to offer.
-
Great location, the staff is friendly and their upstairs bar is so much fun.
-
Family loved it
-
Large hotel right in the heart of the city. I was able to upgrade at a reasonable cost, and really enjoyed my stay there.
-
We had a great stay with them. We will most definitely be back!!

The reason for 4 stars in an otherwise great hotel is that the bathroom doors in our room were not staying shut because the spring on the door was broken. Upon confirming that it could not be fixed, we were allotted a different room. The front desk was really helpful in getting this sorted, kudos to them. I am taking away the one star for the inconvenience we faced.
-
Its dated, room wasnt too well equipped for being a suite, and our skyline view was limited by the two small windows in our corner room.
-
The room was tidied daily. The cleaning staff was great. The rooms are older. The bathroom had a slope to the floor. I just expected more from Hilton.
-
Great location. Easy to get to whereever i wanted to go.
