Hotel is always great! Bar is staff are well trained and everyone is always so friendly. The home are always clean and beds are comfy.

The staff was nice, and informative when it came to having to pay to park. I had never experienced paying to park before at a hotel. I also had a handicap placard and didn't understand why I had to pay to park where I was lodging. Outdated and the room had a moistness. I was dissatisfied with the bathroom, it was outdated and old. I felt like it could have been cleaner. Carpet in the bedroom felt moist.

The hotel overall wasn’t bad. The fact they make you pay $10 a night for parking in an empty parking lot of the hotel is ridiculous if you’re trying to get a hold of the front desk from your hotel room at all good luck I called for 30 minutes. No answer I go down to the lobby and the lady is on her cell phone texting no one in sight could not get a hold of room service at all when I finally did they were gonna charge me like an extra $20 just to bring my food to the room the breakfast is $20 a person and absolutely not worth it. the best thing in the entire hotel was the Starbucks absolutely amazing. The rooms had a mildew smell literal ceiling tiles were falling off of the ceiling in the lobby.the pools where nice. I did like that you had to have a key card to use the elevator. I would stay again if I had to, but I will definitely be looking for way better options in the future. Oh and they put a $100 hold on your card with no notice just so you know

Do not pay for breakfast through Expedia.the hotel knows nothing about it and now I have to apply for a refund. Hotel is very dated. It must have been a very plush place at one time. It is still nice and the staff were very pleasant. Most of the electrical plugs are on the lamps the bed is Heavenly.
