The first room was difficult to get into for me. The night manager readily assisted each time. The service here was very good, though the entire property is in a state of decay. The air conditioning; always a critical issue in South Texas, was working. In the first room, it ran almost constantly and kept the room on the cooler side of cold. The second room's air conditioner was adjustable and worked fine.

Perfect always a comfortable stay, management is always very attentive , room is always very clean and night sleep is always appreciated. Thank you

I come here at least once a week when I’m in town for work and the hospitality is phenomenal. Management beyond helpful, kind and overall welcoming rooms are always clean staff both nighttime and daytime are always smiling and full of life. I never feel uncomfortable here. It’s with the perfect range of Walmart H-E-B in overall the sleep is great thank you you guys with the hard work you do.

They accused me of stealing pillows

dirty rooms, roaches in the room, smells like mildew, facility and rooms and doors not maintained at all

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was located in a good area for us. The shower had a dirty towel on shower head. The bed had a few strains. The floor was wet when we walked in.

We saw blood s stains on the sheets. Have videos.

The pool was nice. My room was dirty, the chair arm rest was broken and it scratched my forearm, the floor tiles were warped and lifting; I kept tripping on them. The mirror was, in my opinion, in bad section of the room, it wasn’t easily accessible without having to be squished between a wall and a table. The staircase was filthy and reeked of garbage and vomit. When checking in the front desk man wasn’t friendly at all and when checking out I had waited for a long while because the front desk was left unattended. Breakfast wasn’t very good with very little selection. It just wasn’t a very professional establishment.

They charged 40 dollars, extra, supposed deposit, original is 61 dollars per night, but not , they charged 101 dollars, is stupid , l don’t feel good with this can of persons , l never in my life going to stay again in la Quinta inn , never

the place was kind of ran down. we had a roach running around.

Nothing Everything! It was dirty inside and outside. The pool was green. There was trash everywhere and the grass wasn’t cut in a long time. It was rundown and nothing like the pictures online. Will NEVER stay there here again.
