the rooms looked clean and modern the halls smelled dirty , surrounded by homeless and druggies, tv super small and old, sofa bed was pure spring no comfort, there were sings in the parking lot saying be aware of all risk basically saying if something happens to your vehicle by homeless and druggies you’ve been warned

I had a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom. Housecleaning may need to spend more time in the rooms. Not sure how well things were cleaned prior to my arrival.

Needs some renovations but overall I had a very pleasant stay the staff was great 👍

The worst hotel experience. This location was dirty. The toilet didn't work in the 1st room, then the bathroom was used and dirty for the 2nd room. The 3rd one had hairs all under the bedsheets. The door didn't close properly and looked like it was forced into, which they later confirmed that was an ongoing issue there. I left and had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night.

Room wasn’t cleaned our first full day there and didn’t get a clean set of bath towels; I had to go ask for clean towels. Guests next to us were being loud and obnoxious past midnight but there was no room phone to notify the front desk. I had to go in pajamas to notify the front desk manager. Limited continental breakfast choices.

Me encanto este hotel, todo estaba limpio, las habitacion era muy acogedora, el personal es muy atento, el desayuno era muy variado, fue una buena experiencia mi estadia en este hotel.

Shocked at the question I said, "What do you mean why am I staying here?" . He replied "well since you're local I need to know why you're staying here because for local people we charge $250 cash only deposit " is exactly what he said. I was kind of at a loss for words but I asked "what does it matter why I stay here ?" and he answered, "well, we have a real big problem with the locals that's all we have to charge $250 cash deposit only " I said "well the reason I'm staying here is because", and this is true, " I'm a cancer patient my house is not ready for me to return yet so I need to at least stay here for 2 days. He looked at me as if I was lying, I so embarrassed i literally pulled out my chemo bag and showed him " look you see ,is this proof enough for you?" After an awkward silence I told him I said look I do not have $250 cash to pay you for deposit for the night the and the room are already for. So , he "waived, the 250 cash only deposit policy" and i left a 100 deposit with my credit card. Next day I had a caregiver visit me and he held them at the front desk until I came down from my room to literally come and get them from the front desk. Uncomfortable!

Front desk manager was not friendly. Seemed occupied or bother by something. The main thing was that the elevator, and hallways were HOT as if no A/C. I went from being nice a cool in our room to a sauna in the hallway -terrible!! Staff never greeted us or seemed friendly at all.

Plenty space TV was too small for a suite. The drive in to the parking lot needs major repairs. Terrible pot holes.

Very clean Not much

Overall nice hotel (get what you pay for) but, Entrance is vary narrow and downtrodden. Gate was broken. One way in/out. Potholes in parking lot. Pool was unkept. Staff was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. Has a strong bleach smell in the room which was eventually discovered to try and mask the smoke smell. Breakfast was good and the overall inside hotel was clean. Neighborhood wasn’t the best with a lot of homeless nearby the underpass, but hotel itself felt safe.

Room was clean and very cold. Whole hallway was hot. Dryer in laundry room did not work. No soap in dispensers and no soap in market downstairs. Front desk had no quarters as the machine for soap took my dollar and nothing came out. TVs were also small. Not a bad stay but would appreciate amenities being available.

Exceptional

Breakfast was mediocre and their cream cheese was left out (rather than refrigerated as it should be). In general, if you want cheap and somewhere to sleep then this is the place if you can overlook the smells and literal TV not having any channels (so many of them were “audio only”)

Not a good area, some lights did not work, desk lamp was broken, shower curtain rod was barely hanging on. Not a good look for IHG

Mold, very damp and humid room. Stains everywhere. Holes in the door. Taping and mud work coming off the walls. Dirty floors and bathroom. It smells very bad. Even the toilet paper was damp. I would never stay in another holiday inn. It was not worth the money. It was a very miserable night. Very sad it’s not refundable or at least half. No one should pay that much and be put in a room with mold on the ceiling, ac leaking onto the floor, construction work was very bad, pealing off the walls. Stains carpet and towels. Very disappointed

Check inn y check out rápido. Estacionamiento con algunos cajones con sombra. Desayuno muy variado y rico. Habitación con suficientes conexiones eléctricas, luz de respaldo bonita, una lámpara touch hermosa, camas y almohadas muuuy cómodas. Con caja de seguridad, microondas, frigobar y cafetera. Artículos debaño de primera calidad, marca Dove. Me encantaría regresar, todo queda muy cerca y es un hotel tranquilo, solo q si es en invierno me gustaría tener acceso a una secadora de pelo.
