Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Brooks Hotel & Spa

Everything

My daughter attends college in San Antonio so the location was very convenient. The front desk staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. Nice breakfast for the guests as well. We will return for another enjoyable stay.

It was just a night stay everything about this property is extremely beautiful. Definitely coming back for a longer day. And to use the spa.

Very nice clean and comfortable quiet stay

The staff is nice I like how the rooms made

Great place and atmosphere.

My wife love how cold the room was to her exact liking. The moment you walk in the room feel clean and your names on the screen and to some people it not a lot but it small things like that what you like. My first time staying and I definitely would be coming back.

Exceptional

Nothing, everything was great.

Rooms and facility are always well maintain. Very clean. Courteous staff as always. Amazing breakfast. Nothing, everything was great.

The front desk was amazing through my whole stay. I had to go due to a long power outage at my house and booked two nights. I got there and the staff was friendly and fast. My room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning and mini fridge worked great. The TV was great as well, I loved the streaming app options. When I called the front desk on the room phone to ask about water they were very helpful and the process to buy drinks and snacks from their 24/7 mini market was awesome, it is all autonomous and quick. I got power back one day into my stay and the front desk not only helped me with information on how to contact Expedia about the early checkout but basically assured me they would work with me and Expedia. The process for that was easy as well and I got a partial refund for my early checkout, which processed quickly.
