Best Western Plus Roland Inn & Suites

The room was clean and had no issues. Close enough for the event we went for.

Room was very comfortable. Location of hotel. We used the pool and it was real clean temperature was nice and cool. Breakfast was very good, everything clean. The outer window was broken when we arrived.

It was clean That one of the elevators didn't work

Recomendado! Gracias.

Very clean

Very peaceful hotel & clean.. staff very nice

The facility was clean. You could smell that it was clean. No one was wandering around in the parking lot. I would stay again! The commute was a 12-minute drive downtown, but it's ok. Staying downtown is overrated.

Good

Not much The first thing you see when you go to the counter was the dirty carpet. Then after you check in and pay is when they informed us the elevator is broken you have to use the stairs. First thing when you open the door to your room smelled like mildew and the blankets sheets and pillows were damp. The top blanket was dirty. The handle was broken on the shower so you could hardly get it to open. I could keep going, but I think that’s enough.

Superb

..

I like it a lot. Everything was clean.

They cancelled my reservation way before check in time with no notice!! Terrible service guy in front of desk acted like he didn’t even want to help me!!! Never again

Exceptional

Very good

I booked this hotel on accident because I dropped my phone while looking at the final amount that would be due. When I tried to cancel and let them know what happened, they refused to refund my money for a room I never got to stay in. During times like this when people are financially struggling, keeping that amount from a single mom is bad business.

Breakfast was amazing . The cost was affordable. Location of room was amazing . I didn’t like the shower how it got water everywhere. It was very slippery maybe could use a large mat so it’s not too slippery. I asked for more sheets and blankets didn’t get them.
