We only stayed for one night. The bed sheets were definitely dirty. The sheets had hair the comforters were stained. The chairs and couches were stained and looked crusty. The room smelled very humid and old. The bathroom had several cracks tons of rust. The toilet was very wobble the seat was broken. The towels were stained as well, the sprinklers had a hole and was stuffed with a grocery bag. The carpet was horribly stained. You pay for get but this was a little more on the worse side. The website does not show how it looks like in person. But for a quick emergency I guess it’s ok but bring your own towels and linens oh and some water shoes to get in the tub. It’s was very nasty. The breakfast was horrible, nothing was fresh!! The staff are never around you literally have to wait to check in and check out.

Ice machine on on 2nd level was not working. The building needs minor improvements throughout interior and exterior. The breakfast was bad, waffle machine did not work, coffee cream were not kept cold and most were spoiled.

Clean room and very close to frost bank center. It was perfect for what we needed.

Stayed 1 night. Towels smelled dirty and comforter had big yellow stains, almost as if they weren’t changed. Room door would not lock from inside. Breakfast had limited options, pancake machine does not work. Also be reminded the front desk asks for a $100 deposit at time of booking. Receptionist word for word stated the deposit will be given to us at time of check out. Come check out time she states money will be returned 3-4 business days. Ended up paying $260 for a $130 room. We will not book here on future trips to San Antonio.

I didn't eat breakfast cuz they closed at 10:00 am, but they did let me have some plastic utensils so I could eat something I bought at the gas station. The juice machine was down, but then I went back and she offered me some fresh juice from the mini fridge. I like that the room is cool, the carpeting is nice, the shower has plenty of hot water, the TV was in good working order, free wifi, clean towels daily and fresher than a lot of hotels I have been to. Low noise from other rooms. No connecting door (since I don't need it). The safety knob at the top was in good condition. King size bed with 4 pillows. Clean. Was offered a toilet paper when mine ran out. Curtains are real thick for privacy. Alarm clock. Mini refrigerator. Microwave. Clean pillowcases, unlike the other hotel I was at recently. The size of the room is very good. 2 tables. It had one big burrow with plenty of drawers. Both nightstands had drawers. A Bible in one of the drawers. The chair was comfortable. A loveseat and a long table in front of it. Plenty of outlets to charge my phone wherever I sit at. Free cable. It is quite pricey compared to other hotels in the area. I know that most hotels have a mini refrigerator, but sometimes people like me end up staying for a while longer so I appreciate a hotel with a bigger refrigerator. But that's just a suggestion. I also wonder why hotels don't include an option of a care package. What if hotels offered toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, a real soap like Dial, loofah, hair gel. For like 5 or 6 dollars .Also, sometimes people don't know where the nearest food place is at, and they are not in town for vacation, but maybe for a funeral or business, and don't want to spend too much on high end restaurants or even the nearest gas station. And sometimes they buy something to eat and then they realize they need utensils, an extra plate, salt, sugar, and even drinking water, since the water at the hotel might not be that tasty. A little machine that sells extra napkins and other things might come in hand. Or if the hotel says it's ok to ask them.

I like the little pool. I like that it was by the highway. Pool was nice but felt like it could have had more chlorine in it. The property could have been cleaned up in the parking lot. I fell a few dead roaches in the corners and behind the green chair.

Meh, it's a place to sleep for the night if you're attending an event at the Frost Bank Center but I would never reserve more than 1 night. It's very run down. If they put money into it and make it nicer, they could probably make quite a bit off the event center visitors.

I tried to keep an open mind when I arrived at this property. Checked in, got our room key, no issues. The door to the room was dirty. Upon opening the front door the room was dark, we opened the curtains and the voile curtains were all stained. We put on the air con as the room smelt stale. We sat down after a 3.5 hour drive and tried to switch on the TV which did not work, went to take a shower and the shampoo and conditioner was empty !! Actually bed was ok and slept as well as could be expected. I put my suitcases and bags against the door as it was bottom floor, woke up in the morning to find everything covered in ants. Called the front desk who could not hear me on the phone as the line was bad. Went down to Reception where i was informed i'm here alone and cannot leave the front desk and housekeeping won't be available until 10am. I ended up putting everything in the bath and rinsing then down before i could load my car. All our food had to be disposed off. The bathroom and towels were also covered in ants. I really would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not only as its a midden but the customer service was non existent.

To start off the door barely opens you have to hit it for it to open properly. We go inside the room and the ac is off and smells bad, we check the restroom and the restroom door you have to basically tackle it so that it can close. I really tried to give this room the benefit of the doubt and thinking everything was going to be better but no. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at will never ever stay here again I’ve stayed at a bunch of hotels all over texas and this has been by far the WORST hotel we have stayed at DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!.

Later I repeat the question and he tells me that it is for the 100 dollars deposit. They should hire friendlier and more cordial people to receive guests
