This hotel was dirty. There was urine on the toilet seat. The sheets were filthy. The office attendant was very rude and disrespectful. We got kicked out after only being there 10 minutes and had a baby and small child with us. We were forced to leave late at night.

The bathroom and bathtub were extremely dirty and covered in hair, and the bedsheets were also dirty and full of hair. The room had not been properly swept or mopped. The front desk lady was also very rude and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience. There was nothing to like. Everything was extremely dirty, including the toilet, which had dried feces stuck to it and clearly had not been cleaned for a long time.

The women at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The area is in a bad neighborhood, and I didn’t feel very safe.

While it was dated it was VERY clean and checked all the boxes for me.

The ice machine wasn't working, but it wasn't such a big deal.

I like that I got a corner room, and the hotel manager was nice. That I never got my deposit back

Location very convenient, staff exceptionally nice, mattress comfortable, bedding and bathroom very clean, parking right in front of room. It’s a very old motel and a budget motel so furniture was shabby, room was small, and one of the lamps was broken.

The people that run the place are serious about providing a positive experience. They have set boundaries that ensure that everything will run smoothly for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful, though english is not their first language, so be patient. They want nothing more than for you to enjoy your stay. I made a mistake in my reservation and they were happy to help me get everything back on track when I owned up to my mistake. The room and furniture and finishing details are all fantastic for the price! The location is noisy, but you definitely feel like you're in the middle of it all being on Main St in Salinas!

Nothing Everything
-
All bad, front desk couple very rude and wanted to charge more money despite having reservations.

Motel is OLD and OUTDATED. The rooms smell and the beds were cheap and uncomfortable. ALSO, the woman at the front desk tried charging me $20 for (a 2nd vehicle) when I clearly told her only 1 car was staying. The other car was just waiting for us to go to our event. She did not understand English well. I finally just told her to charge my card for it, and she says CASH ONLY!! Because the register was not working. She then starts talking about how all the motels are expensive and they are charging cheap prices. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY! ID RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR!!

Nothing The way you get treated and how the lady there throws your stuff when you already have a reservation

Good motel for the price

Our room was dirty. Covered in hair in the bathroom. It was clear it hadn’t been wiped even the toilet covered in pee. Asked the front desk agent about it and instead of offering a discount or room switch she yelled and said no refunds and that she wouldn’t even bother to come see the room. Keep in mind I had my 3 year old and it was not even sanitary enough for him to take a bath. Disappointing. Especially for $300 for one night.

The bathroom was dirty and the floor was dirty
