The quality in Quality Inn is sarcasm. For the prices they charge, I would skip it. The shower had mold. Wall paper was peeling in the hallways. The thermostat had dead batteries and the bathroom toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The room next to us had a dog that was barking all night. I contacted the front desk and asked to move rooms due to the issues. Despite the empty parking lot they told me they had no vacancies for a move. They told me they would send maintinece to fix the thermostat and toilet paper holder. Maintinece never showed. If its even worth mentioning, the breakfast is included but consists of old apples and bannans, stale cereal and a make your own waffle station. This place has the vibes of not caring at all. If you don't want to own a hotel, close down and stop subjecting people to these conditions.

My husband ended up with bug bites on his legs! Glad we had two beds!

Great location. Thankfully, the bedding and towels appeared to be clean. The room was not ready upon arriving well after check in time. Was asked to wait 10 minutes for room to be finished because they were completely booked but when I told them I had a pet (I selected this hotel because it was pet friendly), suddenly a different room was assigned. The room appeared ok but upon closer inspection it was clearly a dog owner room. The fabric chair in the room was completely covered in dog hair. The carpet was dirty and there were human hairs on the toilet and bathroom vanity. The shower head was gross. The wall mounted hair dryer was laying on the counter. Only 2 out of the 4 light bulbs were working in the bathroom. Housekeeping for our 3 night stay was only available upon request.

The outdoor pool was clean and quiet.

The room was fine, if dated. Nothing fancy, which is fine. The stairwell and hallway smelled strongly of smoke, even though there were “no smoking” signs all over the place. Breakfast was sufficient and well stocked.
