Worst experience of my life, no one should ever book that place for a any reason, and I will never used booking.com ever again The customer service, no type of sympathy, rude supervisor

Like that it was nice I didn’t like how when I booked this hotel it didn’t say I would have to pay a deposit which is fine whatever they told me it was refundable after my stay but now it’s been 2 and a half weeks and I still haven’t gotten my money the room was damaged nothing so that’s a little confusing and highly unprofessional

Room was cleaned and ready for us at the time we returned.

It was close to the event we attended. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the water pressure in the shower was slightly more than a trickle. The staff did NOT service our room and when we called the front desk they said they would service it tomorrow, we checked out “tomorrow” the next day.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel.

Great staff rooms were clean and exceptional and the breakfast was amazing my kids enjoyed it and they are very picky eaters

Sink overflowed with drainage from other rooms, clear lack of maintenance. Two hours later after several fix attempts they found a new room but it was very disruptive. They were sorry, but that’s about. No fees taken off the trip and I didn’t get the sense they viewed it as a huge ordeal. Having delay your business day by two hours and not hacked access to a shower is a big deal.
