The bathroom was probably the worst part of the room. It had mold in the shower curtain in the shower was soft on the floor. It seem like there was water getting underneath the tub. The room itself was fine. The pool was good and the beach access was pretty good.

Location right on the beach Breakfast, I liked that they delivered to the room would have liked more choices and larger portions only 2 selections for the price not acceptable

Wonderful place and good location. Short drive to the St Augustine Amphitheatre.

“Included breakfast” was to fill out a form for two items and make your own coffee. No breakfast room. And the refrigerator did not work. They have worked hard to update the rooms and bathroom, but it’s still an older hotel. However, it was very clean.

First night was just a landing place for a concert. Very clean and comfortable. Upgraded to a bigger room with two beds facing the ocean for a more relaxed evening at the hotel. Very friendly staff attended to all our needs with a smile. We’d gladly stay again!

Had an issue at check in with choosing our room. Stated no available 2 queen beds room on ground floor but place was deserted. Stayed here many times over past 20 years and never had this issue. I’m 77 so carrying everything upstairs was a real hassle. Have a feeling it’s because I booked with Expedia, not directly with them. Fridge froze all thing solid

Location was good. Everything was good but for the floors could have been cleaner. The staff and breakfasts were great.

The rooms felt open and the AC worked beautifully. Staff was great. They deliver breakfast right to your door so you can enjoy it in the privacy of your room. It was a very nice feature.

The property is not new, but it is very well maintained, peaceful, and quiet. Parking and a good breakfast are included, and breakfast is delivered at the time you request. The beach access is absolutely unbeatable! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. A wonderful place to enjoy the ocean, relax, and have a peaceful vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Proximity to the beach, old city. Close to all attractions. We got the king room this stay, room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Really only slept.in room, spent.the rest of the time exploring St. Augustine and local attractions. Just the loud people above our room.

Water in shower was lukewarm at best. Floor in shower was soft and a bunch of cracked tiles. AC leaked super bad soaked through 5 towels. Half the outlets didn’t work. Fan/light are one switch so can’t use bathroom fan w/o the light. Freezer didn’t work.

Everything about this hotel was top notch! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, no bugs. The pool was clean and refreshing everything as it should be when you’re looking for a great vacation place!

The room was very clean at check in, and the location was fantastic. The beds were fairly comfortable. The breakfast delivery in the morning was also a nice touch. We were 2 adults traveling for a girls trip, so eating in the room each morning was comfortable. If I had been traveling with my family, it would have been a little awkward since there is only a table for 2 in the room. Our first night was very quiet, but that seemed to only be because the weekend travelers hadn't arrived yet. Once more people checked it, it got every loud. We were woken up around 5am 2 days in a row because of noise on the 2nd floor. Housekeeping was another issue. We were asked each morning if we wanted housekeeping, said yes, and, other than a few towels being dropped off on one of the beds on day 2, never got housekeeping.
