Free breakfast was good and convenient. Location is awesome. Beach was 3 minute walk. Publix across the street for snacks and forgotten items.

GREAT location! Good free breakfast, nice room. Lost a star because no microwave in room and parking is basically $30 per day. I don't recall seeing that anywhere during booking, I'm not sure we have booked here if we knew we'd be adding $150 to park.

The property was great, the bar up stairs was nice also I absolutely hated the valet parking , I have no problem paying to park but the fact I couldn't park my own car was very bad. I did not want anyone in my truck so I risk being towed and parked on the street. The valet employees were very pushy . We will not stay again unless they do away with the mandatory valet .

It was beautiful. The pool area was very nice and clean. The rooftop bar restaurant was beautiful. Service was excellent. Entertaining guitarist was great. We had a great stay. It was only too short.

Now I am a Hyatt customer and I usually have a good experience with them but this time not only did they try to give me the wrong room which was taken care of, but not telling anyone that they had no TV SERVICE or Phone Services and kept playing it off and telling everyone that they are frantically working on it...lmao 4 days and still no service when I left on Tuesday. And still making excuses, they lost a 3 times a year customer forever for being so dishonest about simple things. There's better places to go....

Comfortable. They overcharged me. Also, I valeted my car late one night around midnight, and I left the next morning around 7:00am. They charged me a WHOLE DAY, $59, for the 3 or 4 minutes before midnight and $59 MORE for midnight to 7:00am! EXTREMELY unhappy about this. Additionally, the charged me an extra day that I wasn't there.

New hotel, veey clean and spacious. No ocean view from any room, limitedview from rooftop. Parking is ridiculously overpriced. Beautiful breakfast spread but no pastries. Very noisy hallways, lots of children stay here.

Nice place to eat with live music also. The beach is also down the street. The staff and valet parking we're great any anytime we go to St. Augustine, we'll stay there again. Loved it.
