Parking is rough and there a few random things around the property. Like 2 old air conditioners right by the fountain. There was a big laundry bin outside our room the whole 3 days we were there. Besides that, we do love the place. Great location

Our room was next to one of the bars, so had to listen to music until 1am. Had I known we would not have stayed there. Otherwise, clean and close to everything.

Clean and comfortable. Parking can be tight, but they have excellent parking attendants that assist you to ensure plenty of room between vehicles.

The hotel is close to everything Limited parking, theres a cigar bar right in the back and they play loud music until late at night. The bathroom had mold and the last night the water from the room upstairs was licking down to our room through the light.

It was walking distance to everything Room 201 had a great view and that's it so noises there should not be a handout area outside the room door that was horrible people out there talking until 3 am when we are in room 201 trying to sleep it was right outside the door the sound of traffic ALL night was horrible

Considering this hotel is in the heart of the historic district, it was overpriced and our room had ants in bathroom and a large roach crawling on the floor. Bed was comfortable and the rain shower head was a nice feature. All in all an ok stay if it weren't for the bugs.

It’s noisy by the road. Loud music in back of property but it was Friday night. But it has a lovely balcony and many restaurants close by. St Augustine is a beautiful place to visit.

The parking area is not very convenient and easy. You have to depend on an available space, most of blocked without a car parked. You have to wait until a hotel assistant comes to open one up. The hotel has no elevators. I have a bad knee and the only rooms available upon my check in were rooms for pets on the first floor. I needed assistance for the luggage up the stairs. The staff were nice. The location is good, pretty sunrise in the front of the hotel. Other than that, I won’t be staying there again.

Location, location, location, allows quick walking distance & access to all of the historic city, shops, the castle, restaurants, coffee & breakfast venues, etc. Onsite parking is easy and a clean room & welcoming staff is apparent. Our room appeared to be fully renovated & modern. I would have rated at 5 stars but one of the shower sliding doors needed to replace the water stripping so that the water will not leak onto the bathroom floor. I reported it to staff who were responsive & did attempt to repair it but it needed a more permanent fix to avoid leakage. We were there for 3 nights, hopefully it was a better fix after we left. Overall, we will return in the future as it is a good hotel & great location.

The property was nice and the staff was excellent. The only issue was the loud music from a nearby bar that lasted until after midnight.
