Dirty carpets in room, lamps with plugs that were broken so nowhere to charge phones but the bathroom, holes in the walls that were patched but not painted, pocket door to the bathroom that either stuck or slammed. Door had been broken and patched many times. Tub that would not drain so you had to stand in ankle deep dirty water. Bad lighting. Out of date TV with remote that had no menu. Dirty walkways and elevators. Homeless people allowed to live in cars in property making parked cars especially vulnerable to break ins. Broken springs in bed, and stiff and uncomfortable. Terrible huge brick like pillows. Completely disappointed that this was a best western branded hotel. We usually have such good stays, but will never willingly book here again

Pretty sketchy parking lot, hotel is basically an expensive Motel 6. Would definitely not stay again especially considering I got a room at Thunder Valley casino for the same price.

not much to like, maybe location, oh and breakfast was decent. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby, I even called and could hear the phone ringing. No one for TEN minutes. Finally checked in, drove all the way to the back of the hotel for parking because that’s where our room was. Got up to second floor with all of our bags, open the door and it’s 1 bed. We booked 2 beds. Walked ALL the way to the lobby from the back WITH all of our stuff because it wasn’t worth loading the car back up. Clerk gives us the correct room, and offers us 2 free waters for the trouble, ridiculous. Parking lot had a broken down car with personal items packed inside, packed covering windshield, spilling out, nasty flip flops, clothes, you can tell the car is homeless and hasn’t driven in years. I went out to my car at 9pm to get something out of my car and there was a dumpster diver. I was worried about my car getting broken into. Facilities were old and sticky.

The breakfast was amazing! The property is run down and the bed was terrible and felt like it was 30 years old.

the elevator didn't work

Overall a good stay. The only complaint i have is the fact that the elevator to get to the 3rd floor was clear on the other side of where our room was and there was only 1. In the parking area there are some trees that give off some sap and if you park under them you will get sap all over your car. Other then that was a good stay

This property should not be rated any higher than 6.5. It’s old and dilapidated and you might have a drug dealer next door. Theres no way it rates as high as a Hilton or Marriott property in Roseville which is wild how high it’s rated. From the old towels to the old bed. I mean it was clean but think of a well kept dollar general.

We didn't stay there because the information about parking our RV in the lot was misrepresented. We have a 42' toy hauler plus our truck. We couldn't even pull into the parking lot.

Came here for 1 night. Room was clean no funky smell. Towels could've been replaced. The deep soaking pool was wonderful. The breakfast was so good. The biscuits and gravy was so good. Can't wait to stay here again. Front staff was so nice when we arrived!!

Found a bug in the bathroom, I believe it’s called a silver fish. The hotel room keys needed to keep being replaced. The AC felt a little humid, and there were some papers left under the desk from the last guest so you know the room wasn’t cleaned well
