Cookies were delicious. Set up of the tv and the bed were a bit inconvenient. Good for a 1 night stay.

While we enjoyed the stay and liked Larkspur Landing/facilities, we didn't realize that parking was going to cost us $12/day until we checked in. Also, we didn't realize that, by buying a prepaid package, there was no leaving earlier without forfeiting the prepaid amount for the final night. The insurance plan offered is for emergencies, which ours was not - just finished our business and opted to leave a day earlier than originally planned. Now we know there is no refund if the trip is shortened. Definitely have a clearer understanding of what all goes into a "prepaid stay."

2) Breakfast was minimal, like to go items, no hot plate like Eggs, waffle(you get boil eggs) juice, coffee, there's a package waffle, overall breakfast was nothing to write about. only positive I can write, I was late from a meeting, and I requested a late check out, and it was granted so I wouldn't have to pay extra.

Negative: Will not stay again because high fee to pay for parking. Did not care for having to pay for

The room was very nice. It was next to a major freeway so a little noisy. The kitchen was great.

Upon checking in, my husband advised the hotel staff that the 2nd night was not required and he would like to cancel he 2nd night The hotel told him that was possible; however, for the refund we would have to contact Expedia. He contacted Expedia right away. Expedia contacted Larkspur and Expedia was told that no refund could be issued once check in had occurred. As this sounded quite ridiculous, my husband went to the hotel to speak with the “manager”. He was told by this manager that she could not refund the full amount. We also found out the hotel was able to book our parents’ room to another guest for the second night. The amount the manager of Larkspur refunded to us was $20. We have traveled extensively over the years and have never, I repeat never, experienced such dismal customer service. The manager was in no way helpful, and considering the room was able to be rented for the 2nd night, she should not be the person addressing guests’ concerns. Avoid this hotel unless you’re 100% certain you will not need to cancel or change your stay. In fact, I suggest you avoid booking this hotel at all costs, and seek alternative hotels in the Roseville area.

Kitchen was well supplied with cookware utensils and dishware. Water was hot for four people Would stay again.

The staff and the balcony

Property was clean and business friendly. The only issue was that they didn’t have the room that I had reserved and I had to downgrade.

Refrigerator was freezing water. 3 bath towels for 2 people for 2 day stay. Only one strait-back chair for 2 people.
