We prefer this hotel because it’s an easy 5 minute walk to car rental building at O’Hare.

The gentleman who initially assisted me was very nice and helpful. However, when I later spoke with a lady and asked to change rooms, she did not move me. I was still in the same room where I had stayed the previous night. There was another room available as an option, but she told me there were no other rooms and asked me to cancel my reservation and get a refund, which she said would take about three days. Honestly, she was one of the most difficult and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. Her attitude and the way she handled the situation were very strange and disappointing.

The staff were very friendly. The bed was super comfortable. It's close to the airport and great for a long stay over. After a long international flight it was difficult to get the shuttle to the hotel. I had no idea when it was arriving and really if I was in the right place. I just needed my bed so I got an Uber instead. Using the shuttle to get back was no problem.

The steak restaurant adjoining the hotel was a great find. Also rooms were large & bed comfy. Easy shuttle to the airport.

Opening with the biggest item. We went through our luggage several times to be sure and know exactly where the missing items were left, and called 4 times on 4 different days and were told we'd get a call back 4 times and never did, and staff eventually doubled down that they were nowhere to be found. Beyond that staff was rude at just about every opportunity - calling to confirm the reservation, asking for the Wi-Fi password, literally every interaction was an unpleasant one EXCEPT for Ramone. Huge shout out to the one kind and competent staff in the building. Oh, and expect hidden fees up the wazoo.

It was not a planned trip due to cancelled flights. The room was clean and well organized, the shuttle was very helpful in bringing us back and forth the airport. We never had any breakfast as we have to leave early for an early flight. Still recommending this hotel

Close to airport. Incidental stay due to an incoming flight delay caused connecting flight to be missed. front desk staff at was friendly, considering it was a very late night check in too far from the city. the shuttle location at the airport was challenging, and the staff encouraged you to use the shuttle tracking application which was not easy to use. when you call them directly, they end up putting you on an extended hold. we took an uber back only to see the lobby was not busy at all.

Our stay was great! Everything in the hotel was nice and well kept. It was nice having an adjoining room. Very convenient location as can walk from the airport
