Amazing

Overall fine. I have been staying here when visiting the area over the last few years. This last visit I noticed a bit rundown. Floors near the elevator were sticky. Room wasn’t locked upon arrival and towels were missing. Quickly remedy when notified at the front desk. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Excellent property! My new go-to spot! Two back to back stays at this property and both times were wonderful. Staff very pleasant and professional. Special shoutout to manager Jenna. I had a minor problem with my bill (thanks to Expedia - it was Expedia’s mistake) and Jenna took care of me with ease!

A modern and clean building. The ice maker doesn’t filter the water so you taste the strong chemicals in the ice.

Be prepared to pay unexpected taxes when booking through expedia. Even though I paid for taxes on room when booking through expedia was charged another $27 after checking out.

The only complaint I have was that the air conditioner in the room caused the room to smell mildewey (is that a word 🙄😂) otherwise the front desk staff and manager were very helpful with helping me get a security tag off of a skirt my daughters friend planned to wear to the concert that night! Would stay again!

The Staff were amazing from the time we checked in till the time we departed the staff were friendly and kind. The front desk staff were very helpful and assisted us in a couple of our request and questions regarding the area. The Housekeeping staff were also very friendly and were very accommodating. When we return to the area for our next trip we will likely stay at this location once more. We saw that there was a lack of trash receptacles in the hotel or at least those accessible to the guest and on a couple of the days we noticed that the trash cans near the elevators were running over due to other guest, possibly, depositing their trash there from their rooms. This issue seemed to be rectified by the housekeeping staff upon their arrival to the floor for cleaning and we did not notice the problem after they had taken care of it early in the a.m.

I enjoyed everything about the property. The lobby was welcoming as was the staff, the room, including the bath, was very clean, the bed was comfortable, - not too soft, the tv was the right size. There was desk space if you needed it. The breakfast was great, too! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. There were cookies in the lobby. We didn't realize the bathroom had a pocket door instead of a regular door. Not a fan of pocket doors. Driving to get fast food for dinner was stressful, the traffic was heavy and getting into the mall areas a bit complicated. The desk lamp was not moveable, a bit close to your head when working on the laptop. Not as nice a place as the Holiday Inn we stayed at in Lincoln NE the night before.
