Good for the price very clean what I like

Staff was exceptionally welcoming - genuinely so - and very helpful. Room was clean - bathroom pristine and bed WONDERFUL. Parking close and convenient. I didn’t eat breakfast. Was a last minute booking (weather messed me up) and was thorougly delighted.

Our room ceiling looked like it was about to cave in with all the visible cracks. Roaches and ants were crawling around the food area for breakfast. Only good thing about this hotel was the cleaning staff. Very nice and friendly with my kids. Exterior door seemed to be propped open all night not secured.

A simple hotel, great for a night or two. The room we had was clean and just fine for a quick stay. The breakfast was good, but there's not that many waffle makers so you might have to wait.

It was ok not what I’m use to

Mostly clean room with some damage on the walls. Missing light bulbs but for a quick night's day. It's not bad. The breakfast was fantastic. Staff were amazing. Thank you!

After 2 bad hotel experiences while in Illinois this was like a breath of fresh air. Everything was clean and love that the floor was not carpeted. Breakfast was great as well. If I come to visit Chicago again I’ll be staying here again.

I chose pay at the hotel as an option.... My reservation was cancelled because I was not there at check in time. Absolutely terrible to have that as an option!!

Clean property with accommodating staff that were friendly.

Room very clean and stuff work lady very rude from she work breakfast area, I ask her about orange juice still run out she said No walk away that very rude lady she need take off the phone talk too much.

Front desk was very polite at check in. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The only issue was the shower had no body soap or shampoo in the provided containers.

The parking was ok. The only things I was upset that I got charged $45 for bringing 2 extra people and plus $100 deposit. I only paid $130 plus with the $9 insurance. I drove all the way the way from St. Louis, MO and they didnt have any room available when I got up there. I have an 82 yr mother was barley cant walk that good..but she managed. I had to sleep in my car for a 3 or 4 hour until I got an room and my party was uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok and we was ok after we got the room

We checked into our room late Friday night after a long car trip due to traffic. After we unpacked I went into the bathroom and noticed there was a significant amount of black colored mold on the ceiling above the tub…we brought it to the attention of the front desk first thing in the morning since it was already so late and we were so tired. We requested the manager contact us, since she was not in and requested to be moved into a clean room for the following night. I even sent a message to the property through the Hotels.com app requesting contact back. Nothing from anyone all day. When we got back in the evening the front desk clerk said he had just come in at 3 and was unaware of the issue, had no other rooms, and the manager was not in and would not be in today (Sunday) because she was off. Sometime during the day Saturday they had come into our room and cleaned off the mold, so the manager was made aware after my husband spoke to the front desk, but no one contacted me to let me know or try to make things right. Have had to try and go through Hotels app to get help. Worst hotel stay our family has ever had.

I requested for a room service and it was never done. Key cards were not easily accessible. You have to go to front desk several times to reactivate it.
