I almost canceled my reservation after reading some of the negative reviews, but I’m glad I decided to give this hotel a chance. My experience was much better than I expected! The hotel may have an older look, and the shower is a bit unusual, almost like a small RV shower cabin, but everything was fine during my stay. The room was comfortable enough, and I had no major issues. I also appreciated the breakfast offered by the hotel, which was a nice bonus to start the day. I think sometimes online reviews can create expectations that don’t always match the actual experience. While there may be areas where the hotel could improve, I found my stay pleasant and felt that the hotel deserved more credit than some of the reviews suggest. Thank you to the hotel staff for providing a decent place to stay. I would encourage other travelers to give this hotel a chance and judge it based on their own experience. I’m glad I stayed here!

Laundry room out of service

Great and reasonably priced hotel in a great area. Lots of food options are close. Really it was the staff that made this a very good experience.

However, we were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. We stayed in three different rooms, and all of them were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was also very clean, and during our stay we did not experience any of the problems mentioned in some of the older reviews. Another pleasant surprise was the breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day. I felt it was important to leave this review because sometimes negative reviews can create an image of a hotel that may no longer reflect its current condition. Based on our experience, it seems that the hotel has made a real effort to improve, and that deserves to be recognized. We had a very positive stay and would definitely consider staying here again. To the management and staff: keep up the good work! Your efforts are noticed and appreciated.

The room was pretty dirty with stained bedding and gunk on the walls. My key card also stopped working twice and I had to go to the front desk to get a new one at several inconvenient times.

Breakfast was just okay for the price.

Outdated bedding and furnishings. Breakfast is too basic and limited to call it enjoyable.

I would not stay here again. The sink faucet wasn’t attached to the sink. The toilet was moving every time you sat down. The walls were disgusting. The carpet was STICKY. The shower head was coming out for the wall. I can’t believe this has a 7.0 rating. I would not give it close to that.

The room was dirty, there was something sticky on thr floor and hair on the beds, even under the sheets…. We went and purchased blankets to lay on. The ac unit didn’t work at all!!!! It was so hot in the room all night. We would have complained to the desk but there was no one there anytime we went down

Pleasant and welcoming staff. Room and bathroom were very clean. Room #212 dresser drawers need repair. They kept creeping open on their own after being closed repeatedly. Small annoyance, not awful. I would stay here again for sure. Continental breakfast had an ample selection but everything was microwaved from a box. Understandable but quality could definitely be improved.

Dirty, old, all broken

The room cards did not work, and I had to bring them back to front desk everyday. The front staff gave misleading information regarding the breakfast time. Only limited shampoo was provided and was not sufficient for 3 nights

You could smell heavy smoke even though it was a non smoking room

Very limited staff that are unable to assist with your needs, dead bugs visible inside light fixture in the shower, mold along grout lines in shower, Food on the floor in the laundry area. Laundry services out of order. Guest were loud during late night hours. Banging sounds late at night. Most uncomfortable hotel stay in life. They will not allow refund even if you check out days early. Stay at your own risk

That place is trouble is not clean Everything is not good in that place.

There was no microwave in the room. The carpet through out this hotel was stained. The furniture in the lobby was stained, tattered and old. The area when coffee was provided, was extremely filthy, and smoking inside the building the room offered me
