Quick check in. My room was infested with bee's, they then moved us to the room next door which also had bee's. i didnt even sleep there.

None of the things were organized and I had to run to front desk for everything which was supposed to be organized before the check in.

I loved the staff. They were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms on the other hand had roaches. Not enough towels and some face towels were actually dish towels.

Staff were excellent. Grounds are beautifully landscaped. All the staff whom we met were excellent, except that there were not enough of them—which is a management problem. The floor was so dirty that after showering and walking back to the bedside I had to clean the soles of my feet, which were black. We had to wearing socks and shoes to avoid a recurrence. The facility appears to be geared toward medium- and long-term residents, and the kitchenette was not equipped for us to use it for meals.

The apartment was very nice and clean the building needs maintenance and keeping it clean. The view was beautiful, very convenient.

We were only there for one night and had reserved two non-smoking rooms. One room was fine, but the other one reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was considered a non-smoking room. We asked for a different room and was given one that smelled fresh. The lobby is a bit strange from any other hotel we have stayed out. You feel like you are walking into a back door and I had to wait several minutes for someone to show up at the desk to check in.
