Very poor

I should not have needed to check in other than get the key and give them my car information for a parking permit. However they have a Kiosk now that is a video cam to a foreign country and you have to deal with that to get your key to your room. the person checking you in from probably an asian country does not have a layout of the facility you are checking into so can not help you find your room. I had my hip replaced 4 weeks ago and cannot not do stairs. I held my cane up to the camera and she did not understand what that meant. It took about 40 minutes to finally get into the room that worked. very exasperating. the person in front of me had no issues and still could not negotiate the issues with the kiosk.

Punctual service with friendly desk help. Clean room and quiet atmosphere. Locating the office upon arrival was confusing due to the variety of entrances and location of office.

The lighting outside was bright. It made me feel safe as I was staying alone the outside was clean. The only complaint I have is. I couldn't find the ice machine and I didn't see the pool. The tables a bit dirty though but I love the convenience And the price was great.

Good value and location. TV did not work when I first checked in. It took several hours to fix the problem.

Not sure why I have to get ID for my wife, when she’s out in the car stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had to do that before

There was no breakfast, but there was a Burger KIng and Starbucks within walking distance where I could get a quick bite to eat. Everything was fine. No improvements needed.

I was greeted at check in by a person on a tv screen in a kiosk. It was hard to understand the person checking me in remotely and it seemed rather impersonal considering there was another person at the front desk. A deposit was required at check in and when asked for a receipt the printer did not work and the lady at the desk said to just throw it away, also it took 5 days to get the deposit back even though I was told remotely again at check out that it was released right away. The place is being renovated and the room showed signs of it but there were still things that seemed not completed. The location was good though since there were a lot of places to eat close by.

Poor customer service Wasn’t well kept

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful although I got checked in via a live computer screen. The only downfall was the shower wasn't very hot but 10/10 for everything else

No issue when I arrived . Clean parking lot and office . The doors to the rooms could be be secured was loose even after shutting the door and locking it.

Our room was clean, it suited my families needs just right. The staff walked the Lawton often which we liked to see knowing they was keeping up with the hotel. There was no coffee unfortunately but with our travels we bring our own
