Decent location Carpet and furniture is worn down, dirty, stained and not comfortable . The facility is 40-45 years old, and looks it. Bathrooms are old and very small. Have to walk the entire parameter of the building to use a small elevator. A luggage cart and two people exceeds its capacity. Paying $5 for coffee is insulting after paying $200/ night.

There was no breakfast, not even a complimentary cup of coffee. At nearly $500 for a two night stay this place is a complete ripoff. There isn’t an ounce of quality anywhere to be found. You can see through the bed sheets, A/C noisy and unable to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

Staff couldn’t help us get connecting rooms because we booked through Expedia. We needed up on different floors and the lower level room smelled and felt damp.

Only 1 elevator available in such a huge hotel. Did not like that a clean towel was sitting on top of the toilet.
