Good

Comfy beds, breakfast was delicious Hot tub wasn't hot enough and cloudy. Pool was cloudy.

HVAC was noisy.

Breakfast too expensive should be included Bed was very uncomfortable.

Be aware breakfasts is not included into the price.

The maintenance on the rooms were sub par. Who ever is doing the work needs to do much better with the finish work. The shower and toilets don’t drain well. Take a shower and by the time your finished you are standing in water to your ankles

This hotel is a 10 minute ride to Rochester airport. Although the bed wasn’t as new as I’d like, the room was clean and extremely quiet! These older hotels are great because they are built better than newer hotels. Newer hotels have paper thin walls and you can hear everything. At this Marriott, the room was very insulated from noise.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The only complaint I would have is that the restroom seemed a bit outdated and the water didn’t drain fast enough in the shower. Other than that our stay was great.

Very helpful staff and a restaurant with good options on site. Rooms were clean. My only complaint was that the frame surrounding the bottom of the bed was coming apart.

We stayed on the 6th floor. The room was very nice. It was very neat and orderly. I appreciated that they offered soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They also supply two glasses in the bathroom as well as bedside. I liked that there was a small fridge. We used that every day we were there. The closet is a good size as well as the end tables and dressers. There was a desk to use if needed. Also the temperature in the room was nice and cool, just the way we like it. The rest of the hotel was very nice. The lounge on the 7th floor as well as the few on the 1st floor. I am really appreciative of the staff letting our baseball team use one of the lounge areas for a pizza party. I would definitely stay here again. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub/spa as well. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that our TV didn't work, even after a maintenance worker checked it out. We were offered a different room but we don't want to pack up and move.

Michelle was excellent customer service I truly enjoyed my stay Michelle showed me around she took the time out of her busy schedule It was nothing to complain about at all 100% excellent

The only thing I noticed that was a “con” to this hotel was that you could hear people walking up and down the hall, it woke me up once in the middle of the night, but everything else here was perfect!
