Very pleased with outside and inside very clean,customer service Great friendly helpful, facilities in good condition. Everything about the breakfast was bad. The sausage overcooked hard to eat. both Waffle machines were not cooking The waffles all the way through so eggs were very dry, hard to eat. Any breakfast potatoes were not cooked. All the way through. It's sad when you have to take your family of 5 out to eat. Spend a hundred and twenty five dollars when we should have had a good breakfast with our stay. Please fix the operating system of your remote to your TV sucks we should not have to scroll up or down with the channel button. We should be able to select guide and find what we want to watch.

Nothing Filthy room human stains on couch and bed, drapes wouldn't close paint chipping off the wall,holes in the lampshade

We had the worst experience in this hotel because of breach of safety and privacy. We will definetely not go back to this hotel.

The room was clean but there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Also the pool was cold, all the ice machines were broken, the elevators were stuck on certain floors, the coffee in the room tasted extremely old, and the washer and dryers were broken as well. Not a very good stay, couldve been better by far.

The rooms seem to be recently updated and I love that it now has hard flooring instead of carpet- very clean look! The parking is free and very convenient. The front staff person was very helpful. The full continental breakfast was great!

Stayed for a week. Good stay. Only issue was the breakfast. You could tell that some of the food was being re-used next day and some of the food wasn’t cooked all the way thru. Other than that, good stay.
