The hot tub was broken which was disappointing, otherwise great breakfast and clean. Gym was also nice, one of television was not working

The breakfast was great! Lots of options and food was very tasty. Shower had great pressure. The pillows were very flat.

The property was very nice but the tables at breakfast were wobbly which created issues with drinks (coffee, juice etc).

Mostly adequate choices. Well kept bathroom; drains ran easily. Shower head and faucet also worked well. The automated coffee machines. No skim milk. No iced water; the ice machine did not allow cold water option.

Check in was easy and parking was good. Breakfast was mediocre, hot tub was closed, and only one ice machine, our room was on the third floor and the ice machine was on the first floor.

On the southern . of Rochester right off US 63. It appears to be a fairly new facility. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Nice indoor pool, good workout area, very good breakfast. If you are going to Mayo, utilize the shuttle service because the traffic downtown is a mess due to major construction.
