Everything, especially the location. Can’t think of anything.
-
Great breakfast. Lots of variety in food items available I enjoyed my stay. A little mixup in room assignment initially but staff quickly resolved it.
-
The room was bare bones, but spacious. There was no one to help my wife take luggage to the room. The bar was tiny, unappealing and expensive.
-
Super convenient hotel in the Short Pump area! Delicious breakfast, strong coffee, friendly and helpful staff and very clean!

Exceptional

The hotel is at the Short Pump Town Center and that puts in walking distance to plenty of great shopping and dining options. The room was clean and comfortable. My husband and I decided last minute to stay, so we had nothing, and the hotel had it all for us. Breakfast was great and David was very helpful at the waffle station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

All great

The room was clean and we were provided all the linens we needed for our stay without having to ask for more. The hotel itself on the inside seemed clean, but the trash bin outside of the hotel was overflowing with trash from at least 11:00 that morning to 8:30 that evening.

Room was a little outdated

Wonderful hotel - clean, well managed, great breakfast. We’ll return!

Very close to all the shops and restaurants.

Great stay. Plenty to do and eat in the area.
-
The stay was nice. The room was a little noisy.
-
The hotel seems well maintained and the location is great. The breakfast was well stocked with a nice variety. The only downside is that the rooms are kind of small and pricey - but I guess you pay for convenience.
-
Bed bugs. Had room changed immediately and prayed it was just that room.

Was nice and breakfast was very good

EVERYTHING AND EVERY STAFF MEMBER that I came across was excellent! This is the hotel experience that I LOVE! Parking was not the best. Still no complaints. We did not have to walk too far at any moment. Everything else being top tier makes me feel the need to chance the parking.
