This was my 2nd stay, not my choice. The hotel needs a total upgrade. At least this time, my air was better. The best thing is breakfast.
-
Rooms were in much need of updating. Not all the elevators were working, so it made getting up and down very time-consuming. The floor I was on a very musky smell to it.
-
Rooms are in major need of renovation. Bathroom was gross and all of the hooks for towels were ripped off the doors. One set of elevators not functioning as well.

Poor

My room was nice, hotel clean and food was good as well. I did have an issue with how small the bathroom was for a King Suite and that the bathroom door wouldn’t close because it wasn’t on the hinges correctly.
-
The hotel is old so there are a plethora of problems associated with old buildings. The air conditioning system doesn’t work. I was told by the young man at the front desk that the building is just old. He offered me a fan. After changing our room, it didn’t get better. He was not helpful at all and acted like it was normal. I had to speak to someone else to get half of my money back.

The managers reception and breakfast. The rooms needed updating and cleaned.

This was a very disappointing experience. The building was falling apart. Our bathroom door did not close, the hutch below the TV was coming off the wall, the lamps were falling apart, and the dry wall all over the room peeling and cracking. This does not mention the fact that our room key did not work, elevators were out of service, the AC wasn't working, and the door to the pool/gym area malfunctioned. The staff all but acknowledged that the building was falling apart.

The room was big. The 2 tvs. It's was quiet were I was at. The hotel was close to alot of other stores. I couldn't t make my room cooler. So I didn t get much sleep do to trying to cool off at night. I was giving a fan but the fan only blew hot air. Also I was told by the maintenance man that the air coming out of the vent was 58 degree. That was a lie. I know cold air when i feel it. 30 years service man in HVAC UNIT. Bathroom door was broken door for refrigerator was off the hinges.

Love this place

This property is extremely old and needs many upgrades and renovations. This honestly was my worst experience staying on a Hilton Embassy Suites property. The room had a bad old smelling odor, the bathroom was so tiny one person could barely maneuver in it, the room and hotel is self looks like it's falling apart. There were fixtures in our room that actually was falling apart . My husband and I were so disappointed as we were in town to celebrate his birthday and see family . The staff was good which really was the only plus.

The staff was very nice. The room had a bad odour. The coffe machine wasn't cleaned. The matress on the sofa bed had stains. And they tried to charge my credit card twice, not sure why.

Very good
-
The staff were great, and the overall appearance and aesthetic of the hotel was good. The bar and dining area were very nice, and the bartender Taylor was fantastic! The complimentary reception each evening was a wonderful added bonus! A few things need some attention, such as the functioning of the elevators, and bathrooms in the rooms needs updating. The return air vents in the rooms were also very dirty and dark in appearance and very noticeable.
-
Easy to get to. Convenient to several restaurants Bathroom was outdated and not clean. Air conditioner broke 2 nights and temp in room was 75’. Maintenance came both nights and said the actuator had shut off. Weren’t offered to move rooms after repeated calls about air conditioner. Terrible odor in the restroom near our conference room. Breakfast buffet had gnats/small flies in and around the bread and muffin container.
