Best Western PLUS Executive Hotel

Amazing stay. Staffs are respectful, breakfast is nice.

When we arrived, our room had black mold on the vent to the AC unit. The lady at the front desk was more than willing to switch our room. Our second room was a nonsmoking room but as soon as you open the door it smelled of straight smoke. We asked for our room to be changed again. Our third room was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Facility is outdated, water spots on ceiling, old ac units, despite updates in pictures.

Location The rooms were very stuffy The ventilation was not to great. Bathroom tub seemed to be on a slant. Refrigerator was leaking.

Its very ehhh. A little musty but gets the job done.

Location was ok. Breakfast minimally adequate. Woke up in middle of night itching. Day later I have little red specks all over my thighs that look like bug bites. Could it be bed bugs? I stayed in Room 218 so beware.

I like the fact it’s close to all venues we went to. And the staff kept the rooms and hallways clean. Didn’t have a separate lounge to eat and drink in like a game room.

Property was dank. Floor smelled like weed. Mattresses were stained. Walls were soft. I would not recommend if traveling with family. Fine for a short term solo budget option I suppose.

The room was large and comfortable bed. We weren’t told where the breakfast room was. It was a small room down the corridor from the lobby. If I didn’t see a women with a paper plate as we were checking out we would not of eaten.

The room was clean, however the bedding was old and had several holes/tears in it.

The hallway carpets had very visible stains, and the phone in the room did not work. Breakfast was also disappointing, with no real protein options available. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff and the convenient parking, being friendly does not make up for poor hygiene and cleanliness. Management really needs to invest in renovating the rooms, replacing worn-out items, and improving the overall cleanliness of the property. With these improvements, the hotel could provide a much better experience for guests.

Superb

Everything was fine, we felt safe. It was definitely run down, but not a bad place for the price. The shower didn’t drain fast (at all) so after a 5 minute shower we were standing in water up to our shin. Overall, fine experience but probably won’t be back
