Quality Inn Columbus - East

I booked non-smoking on expedia and got a smoking room. It was so bad I had to just leave, I couldn't spend a night in there.

Decent location but overall the hotel is pretty outdated and in need of a renovation.

The breakfast is at the minimum. No egg, no bacon, no sausage. Juice is water with color. Internet don't work in the bedroom. Staff is very helpful

First I wanna say I got a non smoking room, I was put into a smoking room! Disgusting puke smell from refrigerator. There was a liquid substance in front of the refrigerator, had no clue what it was. Stuff all over the floor, not vacuumed clearly. leftover make up and glitter still in sheets. Bathroom was the same way, had stuff all over the floor. Such a terrible experience had to get a refund the next morning because my girlfriend had asthma and had trouble breathing the whole time. Had to wait until 4pm to check into another hotel because they said they didn’t have another non smoking 2 bed available and completely ruined are day for the music festival we paid 500$ a ticket for. First, all the staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. However, the reason we became so aquatinted was due to so many issues with the room. The room was not very clean. We had to get new bedding first thing. I don’t even want to discuss what was on the top cover and the comforter. The drywall in the bathroom had chunks from the ceiling falling into the tub. The AC didn’t adjust in either direction and was clearly worn out as it barely blew any air. The phone didn’t even work when we tried to call the front desk about our issues.

Didn’t stay the full night, rooms smelled moldy, wet, beds felt moist from moisture, paint was bubbling on walls, layers of grime on side tables and lamps, floor lifting in bathroom, stains on carpets, bugs on the walls, stains on curtains area outside was cluttered with people screaming, partying, drinking , smoking

Two things tell you everything you need to know about a property - the shower and the breakfast. Water pressure in the shower was great, but the shampoo and towels were weak. Breakfast was processed eggs, yogurt, and apples, but bolstered by make-your-own waffles. Overall, this was a better stay than expected, especially based on first impressions, We'll give it a 6.5/10.

The carpet was very dirty, there was a cigarette burn in the sheet, food wasleft in the microwave, refrigerator was leaking.

A little dated and grimmy not a bad hotel just not a good one.

It was a "meh" experience overall. The eggs were undercooked as well, but at least i had food.

There was never any left, even though it started at 7. My husband would go down there and there was nothing. How friendly the staff was

I guess it would be ok you get there, shower, sleep then leave. There was garbage all over the parking lot, the ice machine didn't work, there were people up on the upper room walkway drinking and smoking weed past midnight (and you could smell it everywhere), was supposed to be a no pet hotel (which i really don't care about) but the room next to me had 2 cats laying in the window and the free breakfast definitely leaves a lot to be desired. If you plan on being there for 8 or 9 hours just to recharge yourself to continue your trip in the morning its probably tolerable because its cheap. I definitely would not recommend staying there if you are traveling with a family, and even though I was traveling alone, be assured I won't be staying there again.

The room was very very dirty, the bathroom was dirty, this was the worse hotel I ever stayed at, the breakfast had no eggs or meat. This hotel has bugs dead and alive the AV didn’t work. Check-in was bad a well.

Everyone must pay a $50-$100 deposit even if you pay in full on here no matter or you will be turned away and lose your money. Not a continental breakfast no meat at all advised never. Beds very hard. Not great area for price paid.

Julie at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was smelly and dirty. Also, no hot water in sink, I don’t know about the shower because I refuse to take one. I seriously contemplated sleeping in my car,
