Room was not clean and bed seemed unkept.

The convenience I have to gather up my own towels and stuff and clean my own room housekeeping never came in my room and then when I told the front desk all they did was tell me to gather everything and bring it downstairs and get new stuff I paid for a room

Had to leave fan on all the time to keep air circulating in room. When placed on auto the air went off and room would get cold. Only went to breakfast area one day. Did not appear to be much - pre-packaged muffins and bagels, bananas, tangerines and cereal. Lot of construction going on in street in front of hotel.

They do not have enough handicap accessibility. Only one ice machine located on the 2nd floor and no elevator nearby. Very inaccessible for elderly and handicapped!!! Only one handicapped parking place!

Very clean easy to park staff was very friendly room was comfortable quiet we always stay at these places They need to replace the carpet in the hallways. It’s a bit of a stained looks dirty. But other than that, I would give it a nine.

Mediocre at best.

Cockroach was in our initial room and we were moved to a different room with high traffic. People making noises throughout and a random person knocking at midnight. The TV in our room wasn’t working. Poor experience giving how much we paid per night. Felt like motel 6

I would not recommend staying here. Room was in disrepair- semi clean. Not worth the price. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

This place needs a lot of construction help. The ice makers were leaking, no locks on doors, carpets were filthy.

Amazing room and very spacious bathroom

We stayed in room 118 and the smell that was coming out of 117 was death for sure. It smelled like someone had been dead in that room for weeks in the heat.

Nicenroom and friendly staff

To go out to my car. The floors in our room had not been moped in some time. The stair rails were dirty & sticky. All the towel racks, toilet holder, & hooks were taken out. The noise made sleep very difficult. Our room was beside the door to our hallway which was heavy & slammed shut every time some walked through which was multiple times. The maids coming to work would pull in & park & blow their car horns 5-6 times each morning. We only stayed 2 nights.

This place should not have the rating it does. It looks okay online from the pictures but I would not recommend staying here. Was unhappy with the quality and cleanliness so I asked for a refund. They said they would confirm our cancellation and refund with the third party (Expedia) and didn’t follow through on that. So I was charged anyway. So, yes, I’m slightly bitter but this is an honest review of how I felt/feel about this place and the people running it. Don’t waste your money here like I did.
