The surroundings were secluded and peaceful but the hotel was close to shopping and other attractions. The interior, breakfast, ping pong, exercise room. We'll be back soon just for the peace of it.

I have always enjoyed using their pool. The upgrades to the rooms were appreciated, but my room was missing a chair. I honestly preferred the old “chaise longue” style chairs. My only complaint this trip was that I wish they would upgrade the ice maker, It takes about 10 minutes to fill one cup of ice.

Rooms were not ready post the check in time and had to wait in the lobby for the cleaning crew to make rooms available. Bad Experience

Absolutely everything! Always love it here! The staff was perfect! Very welcoming and informative! Even loaned me a fan!! The room is always wonderful. The pool is fantastic. The breakfast was verrrry good! Wonderful buffet. Dinner is usually good here but this particular stay ( July 19th) the food was so heavily sweetened it ruined my dinner. The salmon was way too sweet, my Brussels were too sweet… I didn’t understand what had happened. My first two visits there the salmon was sooo incredible but it seemed like the menu had changed or either the chef. I went to bed a bit disappointed.

Beautiful property close to campus. I stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms, and it was absolutely beautiful and as always very clean. We love to stay in this hotel when visiting our son at NC State.

The room was lovely. It appeared to be recently updated, the carpet was new the linens were crisp and the bathroom was especially fresh and clean. I will book my next station in. NC at the Stateview.

The rooms are clean and organized very well, but there is construction going on and also you have to pay for parking if you’re not a Marriott Bonvoy member the hotel restaurant has one person handling reservations, seating the bar busing tables taking orders no help

Very clean, the amenities were wonderful. So much to do in the area, yet set back in a cozy corner away from all the hustle. Lots of parking. Definitely will be back.

Overall the hotel was fine. I appreciated the trails at the lake nearby. My room had a door to an adjoining room. The door had a large gap underneath so I could hear everything happening in the adjoining room. I asked for a new room but they said they were full and could not accommodate me.
