Once in the room, we discovered the safe did not work. Rather than deal with the hassle of getting the safe fixed or being transferred to a different room, we just hid our valuables in our car and went out for the evening.

The price and location Staff not professional I said something to the housekeeping it lady and she shrugged her shoulders and said so like just rude They obviously have people that I assume live there one person argued all night til 6am made the whole experience hell Machines broken And sketchy people all over the place with no type security or anyone to call during the late hours

Staff was simple and nice, straight to the point no hassle, rooms were clean and wonderful! I wish we could adjust the air conditioner

The staff at the front desk when we checked in was great very friendly and helpful. The location was close to our venue but did not seem like the best area. It was concerning coming back at a later time. We were woken in the middle of the night by someone banging on our door who proceeded to go down our hallway on our floor banging on all of the doors until they found their room. I would not recommend or stay again.

No hope water and too much noise

The hotel was conveniently located near 40. Parking was available , but not convenient. The hotel was kinda run down. Doors sagged, peeling paint, not so good beds. It was cheap , tho.

The location was convenient, and the staff did move us to another room when we brought the issues to their attention. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. When we first arrived, there was no hot water. Our first room also had what appeared to be an ant nest, with ants throughout the room. We reported the issue and were moved to another room, but the second room still wasn’t in good condition and had stains on the sheets. I was disappointed that there was no apology or offer of any type of compensation, such as a discounted rate or a future stay. We chose not to cancel because this was a last-minute trip and finding another hotel at that point would have been difficult.

It was close to Dix Park, which is why I came to Raleigh. I was told upon arrival that there was no hot water and there hadn’t been for two days. It was too late by the time I got there to look for another hotel, and I felt the hotel should’ve given its customers a heads up, or at least offer to discount my room. I found an empty M&M bag on the floor which made me question how good the room had been cleaned. Only one ice machine worked and it was on the 3rd floor, which was not the floor my room was on.
