Hyatt Place Raleigh/Cary

everything was what you'd expect from a Hyatt Place. The amenities were neat and well maintained. The breakfast is the standard fare, the coffee delicious. My only beef was the AC/Heat system which made a terrible racket when in use. I believe a bearing on the fan was at risk. Fortunately the weather was wonderful and I didn't require the unit that much. The staff was wonderful and went to work on the problem.

I was a nice room and clean with decent breakfast creaking shower toilet loud and backing up

Room was spacious and well equipped with plenty of towels, coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator. Well-staffed and all were smiling and working at keeping the property clean and well organized. The included breakfast was well above average with many choices of traditional/ healthy breakfast fare. Plenty of parking with a well-lit lot within close proximity to the building. This one is a winner, and we will be booking here again.

Overnight stay for one night, but place was clean and comfortable

The staff was fantastic. The front desk was cheerful and went above and beyond to help. It was quiet and clean and breakfast was decent.

Location was ideal in between NCSU and UNC Chapel Hill. Not much traffic, plenty of parking. Breakfast was great, choices. Problems were : bathroom was too tight and near bed so spouse could hear me at night. Also, checkout person was not helpful, kept talking on the phone while I waited. I am handicapped, she saw this, and still kept talking for over 15 minutes while I stood

A great place with a great staff. I will come back for my next trip to Raleigh.

Even we have a problem at check-in, the receptionist was nice and empathetic toward me. He solve the problem in the way everyone should solve problems to customers. He should be managing the hotel and not the actual manager that was the one who did not respect our reservation even I called the day before informing a delay on our trip and please not to cancel. He said yes but it seems he later forgot. When we arrived our reservation was cancelled and the hotel was full. The receptionist, after our insistence, acted proactively, solved the problem, was nice, and provided services. It's a good hotel, even the included breakfast was good. Staff was nice. It's walking distance to the Raleigh Stadium, but have bad communication with Booking.com if you need something send an email directly.

Property felt like it could benefit from an update. It was okay for a wedding but not the best accommodation. Some of the furniture was rusted and not clean. Ironing board was stained, rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Hair in shower, couch had several obvious stains. Also, the Room was not turned down during our stay. Slight mildew smell. The staff were very friendly and parking/location was convenient. Not sure I would stay again.

The customer service was exceptional. I received accommodation and concise details on what I had access to do while my stay. The water temperature of the shower.

Breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was dog friendly which was the best part. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea available throughout the day/evening. The bathroom is small so a fan would have been helpful.
