Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown/Seaboard Station

Rooms were spacious enough Staff were unhelpful Maids didn’t clean room and restock towels we had to ask , breakfast area small and the breakfast food was poor

Very clean and welcoming. Room wasn’t exceptionally clean and nice. Nothing, everything was perfect!

Loved the pool! Room was great and staff was friendly and helpful!

Clean, comfortable. Overall good. A few things: 1. No full length mirror 2. Paid parking $25 per day 3. Bar upstairs is nice. 4. Maid service every other day.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stayed.

Anyway, we booked here for the free breakfast. The breakfast area is NOT large enough to accommodate guests. The offerings are limited (watery eggs, sausage, frittata, cereal, fruit). There were no glasses when we arrived and many items were empty. We chose to dine out the next morning. The pool is VERY small, another let down that does not come across in the photos. The room did not have toiletries, or enough towels for two people. It was also loud, we could hear people in the hallways having conversations. This is not a budget hotel, the higher price seems to reflect the building and location and not the service and amenities.

Enjoyable comfortable as the Hotel was modern and well maintained. Staff was Pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great location...walking distance to a wonderful sushi place, breakfast place and more.

Everything was great! Would stay here again!

Clean room and we'll kept up new property

Love how clean, quiet rooms and hotel are . comfortable beds. Friendly staff. All new and lovely. Huge rooms. Lovely pool area. Hightail rooftop food is a bit hit and miss. The breakfast could improve with a bagel toaster.

Beautiful and clean room: the restaurant on the 7th floor was a plus!!! Beautiful view from room, enjoyed my stay!!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Raleigh and had a wonderful experience.The property stands out for several reasons:Excellent service: The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my entire stay.Nice rooms: The accommodations were clean, spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable.Free breakfast: I absolutely loved that breakfast was included in the stay, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Raleigh area and look forward to staying here again!
