The place was very clean and smelled clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very nice.

The Hotel itself was really well run, with clean halls and a friendly staff. We had the best customer service we have ever had at a Hampton Inn with Bee who treated us with warmth and consideration. She went above and beyond to make the stay special. We will definitely be back. A great place to stay!

Location, room size, micro fridge Water pressure bad too much noise at night. They refused to give a water bottle to fill water though housekeeping removed mine

The Hotel Was nice & met expectations. What I did not realize was, that on Saturday nights the City of Raleigh blocks off the street in front of the hotel… for entertainment purposes ( sounds like it’s every weekend). Police cars, with blue lights on had the street closed. There was loud music & people until 2 am or so. The hotel actually left 2 pairs of earplugs in our room, which we were glad that was available. Otherwise, sleep would have been difficult until the party crowd went home.

Staff was so friendly and helpful!

This Hampton Inn is in the heart of the entertainment district. We knew from our prior stay it is loud on the weekend- loud from the outside noise- but we faced the beer garden side and it was loud. Checked out a day early so we could get some sleep. We picked the location since it’s near the person we were visiting, location is great. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. They do provide ear plugs and white noise machines too.

Enjoyed our stay and wanted to point out how fantastic the staff were. Especially Bee who made my daughter really happy and welcomed her with open arms.

My check in staff was absolutely amazing very helpful and attentive my overall staff experience was good. My room was great very clean and comfortable.

I was very pleased with this property! Very convenient location and super clean. The ladies who checked me in on Saturday 9/19 were so nice and very helpful. I would absolutely stay there again!

My complaint is the surprise $30 charge by Hampton Inn for Parking and the entrance to which I was directed was closed & blocked off and the desk clerk was clueless about the situation but she tried to be very helpful. When I finally found an entrance on the opposite side of the complex, it appeared the Maximum Daily charge was $20. I felt inconvenienced & Ripped off.

The room was nice. The hotel lobby is spacious. Easy paid hotel parking. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Helpful staff. Would be five stars except for the noise. They tell you at check in there are 30 bars and restaurants around and the rooms have earplugs and sound machines. I needed them.
