This was once a beautiful property but is in need of an upgrade. There are only plugs behind the nightstand. No USB or USBC. The beds were comfortable but the pillows need replacing. The shower has light grout, so any older/dirty grout is clearly visible. Also the carpet is coming up in the hallways and rooms causing a possible trip hazard. A lot of the areas just really need new paint or replacing. You can only wash a table so many times before the paint starts to disappear. There is a coffee pot in the rooms but no water is provided. And the cups are plastic or paper. I miss real glass cups. The rooms appear clean, just aging.

Cool location but not close to anything. Restaurants were closed and no room service. Only place to eat was in the casino. Room was clean but outdated and there was a room service tray in the hall down from us the entire time we were there that was not picked up. But front desk clerk was very nice and balcony view was cool.

The room has a great view and a balcony. The two TVs in the room did not work. They were older and had exposed wires and boxes attached to the wall. No signal out of one and the other TV only got the Disney channel. My husband was not happy because he wanted to watch a USC football game. There was dirt behind the dresser in room and only one bedside table (for two queen beds). The beds were ok. I expected more comfort for the price of the room. The pool was warm and clean. Not all the jacuzzi jets were working. We enjoyed our meal, drinks, and live music at the Eagle’s Nest. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bottom of the pool had a slippery substance .

It appeared very nice on the outside. The rooms had stained floors, shower mat missing, fan in 405 bathroom not working. One room had a medium tv, the other was very small. In 405 the curtains were unraveled. The room was uneven, when you walked it went to a slant and when you put something on the drawers they would roll down. Beautiful view.

Mold in the shower , bubling carpets , dirty curtains , unworking air conditioners

Stayed on 5th floor in newly updated rooms. Very tastefully done. Great shower. Bathroom could have more storage space.
-
Nice place but the manager claims he can't get the hot tub to 102 and it was cold for a hot tub.
-
Great location, friendly staff, on site coffee and entertainment. Room could use a bit of a face lift. The plumbing gurgling is a bit annoying. The TV had poor service.
-
No microwave in our suite. Many of the lights in our room didnt work. Overall a comfortable room.

Room was definitely outdated (torn carpet, very old TV). When arrived you could tell room wasn't dusted recently. TV was broken/made a horrid humming noise so couldn't watch it. AC unit super loud. Bar staff was extremely rude when tried to get a beverage at 845pm (they close at 9pm). Overall pretty disappointing. We did appreciate that the pool area was pleasant and open late which was super nice! The front desk lady was also very kind/sweet.

Our particular room (maybe #410) had tile work that allowed the shower water to leak into the rest of the bathroom / sink area. It made a pretty large flood.

The place is great like always, when I got there I requested a specific room and I was lucky enough they were able to accommodate me at literally the last minute. Always a nice stay.

The resort was good overall. The king bed was firm and felt tilted. Some of the couch cushions were heavily stained. They are updating rooms, hopefully the furnishing will be updated as well.

It was a good stay. They had a bunch of kids running around the pool area without parents or guardians around. They were running up and down the halls and elevators

The person that checked us in was so patient and kind. We love staying here

On the brighter side, the facility is very nice, the staff all excelled in carrying out their respective obligations. Have stayed there many time in the past and despite some of the inconveniences, we will stay again in the future. The coffee shop and especially the nail salon staff were excellent as well.

Staff was excellent. Room was large. The furnishings and power outlets were seriously outdated.
