Great people, nice clean rooms, great breakfast options!!

I was supposed to have a "room refresh" on my 3rd day. When I checked out after 5 days, I had not had a room refresh. Still had trash and dirty towels.

the Hotel was Ok! the reason I didn’t quite like it is because the room was penetrated like someone was smoking even though the hotel was 100% smoke free in the room, there was designated areas around the hotel. The pool seemed it wasn’t in good condition conditions. there was only one staff member and she was kind of slow. The breakfast was OK eggs have a very good flavor as well as the sausages coffee at the front desk was pretty bad but the coffee at the breakfast area was very good. Overall experience was OK. oh one more thing to add that the room floor had loose decking, In every step we took was very noisy, specially being on the second floor, they have to fix that problem.

Room deodorizer smelled. Our socks were black after walking on the carpet for one evening. No water bottles in the rooms to make coffee with. Beds were super squeaky, Ants on ceiling! When we called for early check in the first response was, “yeah That’s not gonna happen, but you can try to call back later and check.” Thank goodness it was possible upon our second call. First time booking with an app, and it was impossible to find out details like adjoining rooms. Won’t stay there again or use an app to book. Prescott was busy, so we were grateful to have a room.

Even though it's an older motel, it is well kept and clean.

Using Expedia makes cancellation of a reservation impossible.

Great atmosphere and location, less than two hours from the Grand Canyon. The rooms are nicely furnished and spacious. A big bonus is the breakfast included in the price, with something for everyone—from waffles and scrambled eggs to the option of creating your own yogurt mix. Friendly and helpful staff.

The on-site restaurant is good. Other than that it’s a mediocre place. Plus, my room wasn’t ready by the 3pm check-in time which sucked because I had a wedding to get ready for.

i had asked for a ground level prior to my stay and got an ok from hotel via booking.com website. my husband had foot surgery .... well when i got there i was given 2nd floor . i am 72 years old 5'1" and had to carry all our luggage and my husband's scooter up the stairs and also down the stairs by my self cause no elevator and no more bottom rooms old looking rooms

Room was clean, staff were helpful and kind made check in and out easily.

Consistently clean

We had two rooms for two nights and both were not very clean… Had a weird smell in both. Mid day when we got back to the room to rest a staff member came in without even knocking first we were not very happy about that.
