Clean room, A/C fairly quiet, nice looking property, helpful staff. Breakfast hours could have been longer on the weekend.

The hallway to our room was dank and musty. The room was also musty smelling but after an hour or so of a/c it became tolerable. The ceiling over one bed looked like a crime scene with a huge red splotch which was probably water damage. The refrigerator was unusable due to mold, mildew and a horrible smell. The bathtub drain was mostly rust and the water did not drain properly. No bar soap or shampoo was provided. The coffee maker did not work. The carpet was stained and dirty. The breakfast was barely satisfactory and there was no attendant visible to replenish items or to clean up spills, etc. Obviously we will not return.

Overall the staff was kind and helpful. The pool was down. Nothing was posted on their site. The fitness room was minimal and contained broken items. The breakfast was good. The grounds could use a trash cleanup.

Checked in early to make sure bed was up to par..it was but there was hair on bathroom floor and you could tell no one wiped bathroom sink spots on counter and faucet …also toilet roll dispensers not clean caked up dust

Also, the Mexican restaurant Agave Bar and Grille has good food, portions and prices and it’s within walking distance from the hotel.

The room was clean, roomy. Everything was neat. We stayed one night and would stay there again.
