Home2 Suites by Hilton Savannah Airport

It exceeded my expectations. It looks like a brand new hotel and close to everything. I was surprised how good was the breakfast, I wasn’t expecting a good variety when it is included in the price. It was great, highly recommended this hotel.

The first time I stayed the room was very clean and nice. The second stay the room wasn’t very clean and the tub was dirty but the staff are always very helpful and nice and made sure to send the housekeeping to come and clean the tub and clean the things that weren’t so overall we’ve been pleased with our stays here and are thankful the issues were resolved with no problems! It’s very convenient to all restaurants and shopping and is a nice location. It’s also a very good price for the convenience of everything near by!

It was a very great experience! Breakfast was amazing! And I had a fun time with friends!

The check in area and lobby is very well kept. But once you get to the hallways the carpet is stained and dirty. They charge for parking in an open unsecured lot. The refrigerator in my room was not working properly nor the freezer so all of food thawed out and just was not very cool we had to buy a cooler to keep food cold, Our first morning at the hotel when we came to lobby area two workers were talking they looked up and saw us did not greet us or say one word just continued their conversation. We requested a hot plate for the room and waited hours, I had to calm back to front desk and it finally arrived with an old scratched skillet to cook with. I was highly disappointed in this hotel it really needs some TLC the bathroom floorboard was falling apart. This hotel is not even 10 years old and looks run down inside.

Love the large rooms with ample sleeping space. Perfect for people who travel for work or families and even groups of friends.

Awesome staff and very clean facilities

The first room we received #308 was filthy half eaten Jersey Mikes sub in refrigerator along with other food particles, food crumbs on countertop and something brown smeared on front of dishwasher and refrigerator. Bad odor in the bedroom. The staff relocated us to another room #427 which was better but still when we went to use the coffee cups one was unwashed with left over coffee on the inside and rim of the cup. we didn't check the rest of the dishes by now we just wanted to leave. The overall appearance of the room was very rundown with pealing wallpaper in the bathroom the weather stripping on the bottom of the entry door torn and flapping when you operated the door and very worn carpets. It was especially disappointing because we stayed at the same Home2 Suites in Harrisburg PA the night before and enjoyed our stay and decided to book in Pooler based on that experience on our travels to Florida, BIG mistake. I want to assure you that the staff we dealt with were very apologetic and did their best to accommodate us with a different room but not their fault that the place needs a serious remodel.

I was told that even though I booked my room through Expedia there was no room for me. They send me 10 miles mother to a sister property that had a room for me. After driving 45 minutes for 10 miles due to traffic, I was told there was no room for me there. Disgusted, I asked for a refund. It was not pretty. Terrible service - meaning NO SERVICE - no empathy and no refund either. I’ll get it back from Amex or Expedia but this experience was sickening.

Clean room, great breakfast, nice hotel, convenient to airport.

2 Treadmills, one was out of order and other one didn't work properly.

The location is perfect, close to the highway as well as lots of options for restaurants and shops. I found the parking charge to be unnecessary. Also, our key fob didn’t work two separate times during our stay which made it inconvenient and annoying having to get it reactivated.

One elevator was broken all weekend. The cleaning staff didn’t even empty my garbage - let alone change linens. The whole place just seemed a little worn down. My keys also stopped working mid stay & I had to get them re programmed.

Great place to stay

False fire alarm at 6am requiring us to have to leave the building. Very inconvenient, no refund offered.

Too many dogs. Hotel was nice and room was clean. Breakfast staff could not keep up with demand.

The location is excellent! Plenty of shopping, food, and fun!
