Location convenient. 1. Was assigned a room that was already occupied 2. AC stayed at 59 degrees for 2 days (I reported it, and it was worked on) - 3rd time, it worked. 4. Suggest a bath mat, slipped in the shower). 5. Front desk - Sharon was terrific!

If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to upgrade the bedside night stands for additional outlets and USB ports.

The customer service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. There's nothing that I didn't like on my vacation

I tried to contact Expedia as well as the this hotel that our flights got canceled and couldn't get a hold of anyone to get a refund. No one would answer the phone.

My stay was wonderful and the room was clean. I recommend this hotel for your next visit in Pooler Ga.

Animals were allowed in the restaurant and this was a huge turnoff. The breakfast was good but the grits were cold. Furniture in the rooms need to be replaced . Our couch was worn out. Very few television channels- unable to watch some of our teams play.

the room met expectations and the common spaces were as expected... positive The staff was unwelcoming at best and mostly rude. I always preferred Embassy Suites when I traveled professionally. Apparently, they have changed and staff courtesy/customer service has gone downhill tremendously. My family was not treated well as guests... I probably won't stay with Embassy Suites on future trips.... very disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay but the website forgot to mention parking is an extra $10. This isn't valay parking, this is self parking only.
