Was here for a conference. Conference goers were told there would be a shuttle to the conference center. Any time we asked, there was no clear message on if the shuttle could be used.

Staff was excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only negative was the shower could have better water pressure

Our stay was wonderful. We'll definitely come back. Room was clean, neat, and staff was pleasant. Thank you.:)

Convenient, clean, excellent font desk staff

Sebastian at the concierge desk greeted us/ explained the hotel layout/ pointed out the hallway to our room / and that additional parking was available and mostly would be more convenient and closer to our room. As there was an entrance on that side also( accessible with room key) so security was extremely good. The pool was very well maintained and excellent for a cold swim on a hot Texas day. I do have a down side point as I do not think the bottle water should be a $6,00 charge. Most of my stays the water has been an added comp. We will book again sometime in early October. Thanks for a great stay.

We were impressed with a room that was well presented unlike lots of other hotels. The view to the courtyard was nice and amazingly quiet. The lady at the front desk was greatly helpful to us. We will choose this place again

Great customer service and very helpful

It probably wasn’t as bad as I’m making it sound, but you get off on a bad foot from the get go, it compounds you feeling of the entire facility. Unfortunately, the property itself was really nice, but 2 minutes after walking through the front door made the entire stay miserable. I had made the reservation for 4 adults, prepaid, no special requests, a simple booking. When I approached the front desk, as usual, I was asked for my name. It did not come up in their system. She I was asked for my license. No problem. I stood there at least 3 minutes before another work came out of the lady’s mouth. When she did speak, it was to tell me she could not find the reservation so I must not have booked their hotel. I told her I had a confirmation. She never bothered to even ask. I opened my app and showed her. I waited another few minutes while she kept tapping on her computer. I finally asked her”is there a problem”. She said. “Well, it’s just not in here so I can’t check you in”. I told her she needed to call somebody because I booked it, paid for it and even brought up my credit card receipt. She didn’t say, I’m sorry let’s see if we what we can do”. I told her to call someone, she said she couldn’t and u would have to call Bookings.com. I looked through my app and couldn’t find any phone number, only an email. An email sure wasn’t going to help me so I started trying to find a number online that I could call. Well, more than 20 minutes had passed. One of the others in my party came in to see if there was a problem. I started to explain and then the lady says she has the number to Bookings,com and I wrote it down and tried to call immediately. The number was no good. It said this number was not a working number, blah, blah, blah. I had it on speakerphone but she never said a word. I looked her and asked her for the corporate number for Courtyard. She tells me they wouldn’t be able to do anything because it was between me and Booking.con. I told her I didn’t care if they couldn’t help, I wanted the number. She started typing on her computer again, I assumed to get the number.

Amazing hotel with ideal quiet location.

Location was good, beds were extremely comfortable. No included breakfast. WiFi was ridiculously slow, the worst we've had in years.
