Aloft by Marriott Plano

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Property was cleaned and the Re-fule are was well stocked.

Friendly staff. Clean room and well maintained property. I would stay here again.

Great location………………………….

Great stay, excellent & smooth check-in. I'll definitely be back.

Exceptional

Very good experience.

Always a great place to stay when in Plano!

Loved this hotel. Lobby was welcoming with a bar, snacks, and place to hang out. Great room layout, clean, comfy bed. Skip the food for breakfast. It’s not great. Iced coffee was great.

The room was clean and amazing; nothing I was expecting. I also liked that I had a room with an adjoining door, and it had a deadbolt, and the front desk guy was helpful and knowledgeable about the neighborhood and what's around. I felt like the location was nice, only 21 minutes from DFW on a Sunday late morning. A lot to do around there. The only thing that would have been helpful is knowing the checkout time and the Wi-Fi password without having to ask. There was a sign to order breakfast at the front desk, but that wasn't very clear. The lobby bar was a nice touch. I would say, and this is just for me, that I am allergic to perfume, and it was very strong on the main floor, so I wouldn't hang out in the lobby at all.

It’s was a very great experience and I will be back

Solid place to stay and great location

Clean and tidy

Great place

Hotel was nice clean staff was courteous enjoyed my stay will come again

Nope great experience

The breakfast situation was confusing. Your girl loves breakfast, so I paid for breakfast to be included, assuming there would be a ticket or something to indicate I bought it. Instead, I ordered at the front desk, and they didn't ask for my name or room number. I don't think they could have known if I paid or not. Then they said each person could get $12 worth of food each (even though I had paid $15 each). I ordered over $12 anyway, then expected to be charged for the difference, and never was. Then the portions were really small. Like, not a big deal, just a little confusing and a bit overpriced (think $9 oatmilk latte). I would totally stay there again. I would just ask questions about the breakfast first.

Left our room to find a person sleeping in the hallway.

Everything about the hotel

Wonderfully quiet stay. Tried the bar on Friday night where the drinks were good and the bartender friendly. A nice little respite for a weekend staycation.
